I recommended this place based on the taste of the drinks, which are great. However, we came in today at 4:40—20 minutes before closing—and it was clear we weren’t welcome. The staff seemed frustrated, and much of the setup had already been broken down. I’ve worked in the service industry, so I understand the desire to wrap up and head home. But closing time is closing time. The customer experience shouldn’t suffer just because it’s the end of the shift. Breakdowns should begin after the doors close, not before, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience.

I ordered a small cold brew with a splash of vanilla and a splash of half and half creamer. I looked at my total and the cashier charged me .75 for a splash of half and half creamer. I’ve NEVER been charged for creamer at any coffee shop I’ve ever visited. Just so you know, charging 75 cents for a splash of half and half is a great way to lose regulars. I’ve never seen another coffee shop do that—it feels greedy, not premium.

I'm a new customer of Brave and fell in love with the place instantly... until yesterday. The owner was there and yelled for 4 mins straight in the backrooms. It was soo triggering. When she stormed out, she gave a fake apology saying she didn't realize any customers were in her store. This was such a surprising and disappointing experience for me. I love the menu, the atmosphere and the employees are so helpful! The energy changed while she was there and took awhile to balance out again after she left. The yelling wasn't even directed at me and it took me about 15mins to fully calm down and concentrate on my reading. I cannot support someone who behaves that way and thinks it's acceptable. Unfortunately I won't be returning, which I am not happy about because it quickly became my favorite coffee shop. Please do better.

Finally got to visit, and I’m wishing I came sooner! Loved the flavor combinations, excellent service, and ambiance! Can’t wait to come back. We got the beach bum, pretty in pink, gummy bear, watermelon sugar with a couple of muffins, and it was bliss! 🩷

Unfortunately, Brave Play lost me as a customer a while ago and now Brave Coffee & Tea has lost me as a customer. I only pay cash. I did not bring any more with me because I always pay cash and it is $6. I asked if I could just do the $6 today because this was not announced and I paid $6 the day before but ultimately chose not to get it either way because it makes me feel weird sometimes anyways. Going back to being a Starbucks girl.

The BEST teas!! They don’t have the chalky taste, and their really affordable!! I get them to go to make at home on days I can’t go get one and it’s so convenient!! I love Jessica and her crew up there ❤️

I can’t say enough great things about this place! Customer service is 10/10. This place went (WAY) out of their way every Friday during the school year to deliver a group order of teas & bowls for teachers at Mason Creek Middle School. The bowls are *chefs kiss* & the teas are DELICIOUS! When an order was incorrect one week (not a huge deal to us), they made it a huge deal to them, were sure apologize, correct it & make it right the next time we ordered! Try this place out!
