I love coming here for my teas and coffee. Their to go packets of teas taste amazing and are super affordable, I usually order 50 to go teas at a time so I can make them at home when I can’t get to town.

Lately, every time I go in this place im getting the feeling that we are bothering the staff. Its sad because it is a good quality coffee shop but the service is lacking. Sometimes the coffee tastes sour as well. Its hard to support a place where you feel like every time you come in youre bothering them and getting kind of a rude, attitude. The girl behind the counter asked three times if that was all and kept putting up the total when we were still ordering. It was very rude of her and it was like she was rushing us along.

I recommended this place based on the taste of the drinks, which are great. However, we came in today at 4:40—20 minutes before closing—and it was clear we weren’t welcome. The staff seemed frustrated, and much of the setup had already been broken down. I’ve worked in the service industry, so I understand the desire to wrap up and head home. But closing time is closing time. The customer experience shouldn’t suffer just because it’s the end of the shift. Breakdowns should begin after the doors close, not before, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience.

I ordered a small cold brew with a splash of vanilla and a splash of half and half creamer. I looked at my total and the cashier charged me .75 for a splash of half and half creamer. I’ve NEVER been charged for creamer at any coffee shop I’ve ever visited.
Just so you know, charging 75 cents for a splash of half and half is a great way to lose regulars. I’ve never seen another coffee shop do that—it feels greedy, not premium.

Inside of the shop is very quiet and decorated very nicely. I like how the menu has a ton of drink options that are all reasonably priced. I tried an iced latte with the cookie butter flavor and it was very good! Not too sweet, and the espresso tastes like it’s good quality. The baristas were friendly and made our drinks pretty quickly. Overall, a very nice coffee/beverage shop. I just hope the location doesn’t cause them issues to get business since it’s tucked away. It’s definitely a hidden gem!

I'm a new customer of Brave and fell in love with the place instantly... until yesterday. The owner was there and yelled for 4 mins straight in the backrooms. It was soo triggering. When she stormed out, she gave a fake apology saying she didn't realize any customers were in her store.
This was such a surprising and disappointing experience for me. I love the menu, the atmosphere and the employees are so helpful!
The energy changed while she was there and took awhile to balance out again after she left.
The yelling wasn't even directed at me and it took me about 15mins to fully calm down and concentrate on my reading.
I cannot support someone who behaves that way and thinks it's acceptable. Unfortunately I won't be returning, which I am not happy about because it quickly became my favorite coffee shop.
