We were greeted with a smile the moment we walked in. This coffee shop was clean and well decorated, creating a warm, friendly atmosphere. The coffee was very good, and we also got a banana nut muffin which was delicious. Our kids take a Ninja Warrior class in the same shopping complex as the coffee shop, so I definitely plan on coming back.

This business is very inconsistent with its posted hours. It seems like almost every week they are either opening late or closing early. While occasional changes are understandable, when it becomes a frequent pattern, it reflects poorly on the business and can be frustrating for customers who rely on the posted schedule. As for their loaded teas, they are actually pretty good! But. their coffee is not their strong suit.

This is what a cold brew with a “splash” of cream looks like. Couldn’t even drink this it tasted like straight milk 😩 would not recommend this place if you actually like coffee

The coffee here is usually pretty good. I went in before Christmas to get coffee and buy a gift card. The register had no receipt tape nor did they have any to put in it. I really needed a receipt so I had to use an alternative form of payment. On the same day, I wanted to buy a gift card, but there were no sleeves to put the cards in so I decided to come back a few weeks later and get it. Came back 2-3 weeks later….still no sleeves. Sometimes, both locations could use someone who is friendlier and wants to interact with the public. The coffee is not bad, but their overall organization of the business could use some work.

I know yall open early and we early workers appreciate that but this morning the girl was almost 10 minutes late opening. Just on her phone. I tried the door she looked up and did nothing. It was after 6:30. Then she finally opened and when I went in I got no good morning no nothing friendly. I know it's early but we still have a job and image to maintain non the less. That kinda greeting makes me not want to come first thing in the morning. Nor at all.

My friend and I visited here while we were in Carrollton for the day. She got the iced matcha and I got the iced cookie butter breve. The drinks were just okay, not delicious but decent. We probably won’t go out of our way to go back. I had previously seen comments about the employees not being overly friendly and looked like they didn’t want to be there and I have to say I agree. We were greeted by a younger girl when we walked in but she didn’t smile or talk much and wasn’t helpful in the decision making process. The atmosphere felt very quiet and somber as well.
