I love how fast the food is
I've been in person and it's not too terrible. But any time I order delivery, the food is wrong or missing. Tonight in particular I ordered fiery chicken fries. Didn't get them. Got a refund from gracious Grubhub and stupidly reordered. The driver lets me know they have "discontinued all chicken fries", which is a wholehearted lie. So not only was my first order wrong, they deliberately left off any substitute and didn't alert my first driver so I could choose something else. The second order they tell my driver and he's so kind and trying to help me out, but they refuse to give me regular chicken nuggets because they can't update the order. First off, BS. I work for a food delivery company corporate and it's literally a click of a button to adjust an order. Even if they didn't know this, after TWICE of me ordering in the same night, they could have just been kind and gave me some nuggets, I had already paid.
If you don't have an item, let your customers know so they can get a refund and don't just leave it off because that's the easiest choice.

First of all it was over $10 for this meal.. The hash browns look like they were already eatin out of because it was half full and they serve the bacon to me cold I had to go back in and get it heated up..smh then when I said something about the hash browns that I might need to order another small because that wasn't filled up It would have been$ 2.50... that would be almost or over $13 no thank you I'll go to dunkin' or the waffle House...smh

I just don't understand why the menu says you can get a Whopper, Whopper Jr or an Original Chicken Sandwich "ALL DAY LONG". But this is the third time I've been in for breakfast but seems the Broiler has not been turned on yet. This seems to be false advertising. Either the owner or maybe even corporate needs to get involved. I've never been to another BK that I can not order one of those three items. I would like a response from either the owner or corporate on this matter.

Very rude women all working here they stand around at confer talk to loud and yell . The one with an Afro had her son in here and he was running all over she gave him free food in front of people. The ketchups was out and they wouldn’t fix it . She charged me for water and ranch when I ordered nuggets

Keisha, is absolutely awful! She makes derogatory, racist & down right inhumane comments because she’s required to do her job. She is the most unhelpful person when it comes to undercooked meat, & every other employee is straight up disrespectful. You don’t get 20$ a hour when you don’t know how to speak to people.
Kid-friendliness: They are absolutely awful! Their grandmothers are rolling over in their grave listening to the way they speak to people.

I don’t know who the lady is but she seemed to be a manager on the shift since she was the main one directing people. Rude woman. I asked for buffalo and ketchup up sauce and immediately she responded rudely that buffalo was 25 cents each and just turned around and walked away. It wasn’t even busy for her to act like she had somewhere else to be. On top of that she was rude to other staff. The people there seemed on edge but I don’t think they were all like that, I think that lady creates a toxic work environment. I’d avoid it if I were you. My order was also wrong, but I was over the attitude and didn’t want to go back in.

We just ordered a GrubHub order from here and when we got our food, there were three burgers missing. Call the store. They refused to do anything to help us and told us that we had to contact GrubHub, which we did. They went ahead and filed a refund, but when we went to go eat the other burger that we were able to get it was still frozen And when I called the store back Keisha, the store manager called me a liar and it was making up all these excuses and was throwing derogatory remarks towards my race, and it was yelling at me over the phone . She should not be a manager, and it should be fired immediately. If this is how she’s gonna treat customers. No one should ever be throwing slang or derogatory remarks against somebody’s race because they called upset that their food was still frozen and calling them a liar. Absolutely unacceptable.

The menu screen was broken and not displaying. So I had to pull up the menu on the phone. The employees had an attitude. When I got to the 2nd window it was clear the lady had an attitude. I checked the food and looked up. Had to get the lady attention to ask for some ketchup. When she came to the eindow it was clear the attitude was worse. I asked for some ketchup and she handed me 2 grape jelly packets and walked away again before I got it in my hands good. At this point I pulled off. If you don't want to help customers you should quit. I wasn't rude or disrespectful in any way. Hardly ever come to burger King. Won't be back to this location.
