First, from drive thru, I was given my large order of Dixie chick but looked like the last of it, or that someone else was already eating off of...so I took it back. Then when I asked for a refund because it was closing time and I didn't want the last of anything, they said they had enough to correct my order, but then gave me the classic chick even though they looked at my receipt and also asked me what I ordered.... ?? I drove back within 5 min of ordering and only to have them mess it up again...

One of my brides ordered Chicken Salad Chick for her wedding. The soup bags all came cold so we had to scramble to get the soup to temperature for serving. We had to push dinner back for the soups to come to an appropriate temperature. The teas came unlabeled so we had to test them before serving. We were also given no serving tongs for the 8 platters or serving spoons for the 10 bags of soup or 14 servings of sides. Either specifically ask for these thi gs or be ready to scramble.

Great restaurant, but don't go in there anywhere near within the last 2 hours of the night. You will get subpar food and lackluster service. They will leave items out of your meal, throw it together sloppily and not really seem to care. Has happened to me several times. Other than that, though, as with any CSC, the food is great.

So went here only about one time it's not bad but there's no real flavor to the chicken salad it's kind of bland who recommend you try for yourself but being a franchise I know some days can differ a bit

Normally the chicken salad is great but not yesterday. Advertising grapes and pineapple in a salad should not mean 1 green grape and a small piece of a pineapple. Very disappointed ☹️
Only 2nd time eating at this establishment. Teachers love their healthy menu... no complaints.

Chicken salad chick is always good no matter what location we go to. The buffalo Barclay is my favorite. The grape salad is awesome . I love eating here because I feel like I'm eating healthy and never feel like I have overdone it.
