Went through drive thru about 8pm. Lady taking the order was rude cut me off constantly. Ordered 3 drinks got 2 asked for the other dude working looked like we annoyed him and eyes looked stoned. Had to ask for straws got 2 explained 3 drinks 3 straws. Ordered walking tacos no forks had to go back and ask for forks! Everyone playing on their phone! Food was decent staff is terrible at this location. Will pass next time
Like the food choices especially the shake menu. Definitely have to specify what you want on your burger. (Dad's everything turned into just lettuce and mustard)

Kid-friendliness: Were there during regular lunch hrs (most kids were in school) but does have a kids menu and a variety of shakes (44 flavors on the menu board)
Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp for the front entrance and two menu boards for easier decision making before ordering at drive thru (no need to leave your vehicle)

First off the girl taking orders was rude while taking my order and unprofessional wasn't even going to give me a bag for my food I ordered several things including a cook out style burger no onions and no slaw and the picture is what I got with no chili and 2 dried shriveled up patties. WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO EITHER

My daughter and I went through the drive-thru right before 11pm and had an overall great experience. I realized shortly after that my order was incorrect, so I went back to the location and went inside. Tray assisted us in the drive-thru and again when I came inside. He quickly got my order corrected. His customer service was more than amazing both inside and via the drive-thru and such a pleasant surprise so late in the night. I also had a brief moment to speak with the manager, Harry, and he was amazing as well. If for no other reason, I'd recommend visiting this location as the customer service was worth it. It helped turn what could have been an unpleasant experience into one that was worth bragging about after such a very long day!

Forgot half of my order ( ordered a chicken strip tray, and they forgot the chicken strips ) but definitely still charged me for it. Got a hot dog tray as well and they were both completely black. Glad to waste my money and not even get what I ordered.
I don't get it, I really don't. Why is it that without fail anytime I bring my family inside instead of waiting in the line that is always there, our food is never correct and not hot. Absolutely infuriating will never grace this place with my money ever again and will make sure everyone i know knows how lazy and incompetent the employees are here.

We went through the drive thru only to find that our sides had be cooked in oblivion. The best way to describe the food was that it was not fit to eat. I hope the management of this location will strive to do better.
