I usually just let my daughter go grab our food from this restaurant, but I was driving and decided to go with her to order my favorite cheddar style burger and regular fries. I knew it was going to be bad when I very nicely asked for a cheddar style burger and regular fries and the girl kept saying do you want a tray and I told her NO, 3 TIMES. I then said again all I want is a cheddar style burger and fries. I pulled to the window and paid and of course my order was wrong. No fries then the boy said that’s all we have for the order. Clearly Alexus the girl who took my order wasn’t listening very well. The boy was uninterested in fixing my order. I was pissed but didn’t take it out on him since he clearly didn’t take the order. I will give this place a break and go to Wendy’s or DQ where the customer service is much better and they give you what you ask for without trying to over talk you and actually get the order correct. This was a very disappointing visit.

I used to be a fan of this restaurant but know I’m not due to the very disrespectful customer service and adding things I did not order and trying to ring me up for it the past two times in a row. I have been looked at hatefully due to racism for being a white man man and I’m sick of justified racism towards white people over it.

Big double what a joke they are two patties like McDonald uses for there burgers. I ordered 2 big doubles one with onion rings and a large drink, one plain burger only. choc milk shake, chicken tenders meal and small burger meal was total was 34.00 drinks tasted bad fries tasted bad. The only thing that was good was milk shake. This is in Carrollton Ga. Also they DO NOT HAVE A PHONE.
The shakes are absolutely wonderful and that should be really the only reason you go. The food wasn't bad tho... I guess it was worth the money, it's cheap enough

It’s should have never taken these people an hour for me to get my food through the drive through! On top of the the order was wrong so I waited an hour just for yall to screw up my order for me to have to wait for my food again. Man cookout is trash.
