Very, very rude employees that did not acknowledge our presence or speak. Just finally stood there staring at us waiting for us to give our order. Won't be going back. And we have had wonderful experience at this location before and at many others. These employees need to GO!!!

i order the same things every morning before work. my eggs in my sandwich are never cooked done, my bread is never toasted.. my coffee is a hit and miss, which is crazy because i order the SAME thing every morning.. the crazy thing is they're always out of something, mayo, sweetener, something! i always order ahead of time just to get there and still have to be pulled up. please get it together because i love Dunkin!

My coffee tasted like dirty water with a little bit of raspberry flavor. I was VERY disappointed. $5 for dirt water, seems extreme.
Ordered a Large caramel iced coffee with 4 cream and 5 swirl. They made it wrong, and when asked to redo, the cashier had an attitude. Won't be coming back to this location again.

They were out of everything bit the bagel bites and plain donuts. Ordering tool forever because they were understaffed (as they usually are) definitely would try a different dunkin.

Asked for egg on my bacon avocado toast and was told they could not do that. What? Every Dunkin I go to around Atlanta in VR etc will add egg. Then they charge extra for the bacon and barley put any on there.

I’m about to drive 30 min out of the way to get what I want from VillaRica when I live 1.3 miles from the Carrollton location, they NEVER do this.. Order a bagel.. it’s raw no knife because I have to make my own now apparently..
