With $10+ you gave access to the all-you-can-eat buffet. My favourite meal at EC is the rice mix at Mongolian grill. They also have sandwiches, international meals, burgers, chicken nuggets, fries, pizzas, freshly made waffles & pancakes, freshly cooked pasta, salads, yoghurts, cereal, and a variety of desert with many more.

Parking: On weekdays, the parking lot might be really full because of students and staff parking.
