The fries are pretty much always warm, the burgers are pretty much always good. I’m glad the food is good! However, there should be no reason I need to go park in a parking spot, or wait in line for almost 20 minutes every single time I’m there😭! Even if I just order one thing and there’s two people ahead of me we are all waiting forever absolutely so slow.
I was just at the Maple Street McDonald’s. I waited 25 minutes in line for a big Mac combo! The fries are hard and crispy not warm at all. The burger was not even warm! There’s no reason for a fast food restaurant drive-through to have to wait that long and the food was terrible.
Food was good, but lady at drive thru first window was rude. You chose to work there, so don’t put your bad attitude towards your customers. “Pull up” with an attitude instead of “Can you please pull up?”
