Got ripped off 15 dollars from there delivery and never got my order

I don't usually write reviews but I'm Tired of staff not listening to my order saying no pickle at all. 90%of the time I say no pickle it gets added to my meal rather it be on or next to the sandwich. I hate this because I hate pickles and my bread soaks up the juices from it I'm enraged each time and it makes me not want to go there anymore. Every time it's wasted. please have staff not automatically put pickles with the meals. When it's made right upon my request it's a great sandwich.

The best subs in town. Worth the price. Comment about the survey: I have completed them in the past with no difficulty. Now, I am unable to access it thru momos. I attempted thru the website listed on the bottom of my receipt and it only brings me to the site to create surveys for a business.

We eat at a lot of Firehouse subs and this is probably the worst lunch we’ve had at a Firehouse. It simply lacked overall. Hardly any sauce and less meat than usual. The cashier charged an extra kids meal on our ticket we didn’t realize we had until they called our name and tried to give it to us. The bathroom was dirty too. Probably won’t eat here again at this particular one.

I love me some Firehouse subs, but it just seems as though the last few times they dropping their game. I am going to just chalk it up to late night order, and maybe they are ready to get out if their. I been there. The sandwich still ate the same.

Somehow the owner was able to remove my comment so I will post again. As a LOCAL POOLER RESIDENT that has had this location, go anywhere else. They disrespected a veteran and told them they had no use for their business. If you have served this country, they do not want your business.
