Ate there last night, why is mac and cheese and chili served cold?

We eat at a lot of Firehouse subs and this is probably the worst lunch we’ve had at a Firehouse. It simply lacked overall. Hardly any sauce and less meat than usual. The cashier charged an extra kids meal on our ticket we didn’t realize we had until they called our name and tried to give it to us. The bathroom was dirty too. Probably won’t eat here again at this particular one.

I love me some Firehouse subs, but it just seems as though the last few times they dropping their game. I am going to just chalk it up to late night order, and maybe they are ready to get out if their. I been there. The sandwich still ate the same.

Somehow the owner was able to remove my comment so I will post again. As a LOCAL POOLER RESIDENT that has had this location, go anywhere else. They disrespected a veteran and told them they had no use for their business. If you have served this country, they do not want your business.

The guy on cash today was very nice and understanding of my indecisiveness as I haven't been to a firehouse in a couple years. As I was trying to navigate through the menu, a female employee with black hair, possibly in a braid with a nose piercing, was being very very rude to me, kept cutting me off in the middle of talking, and rolled her eyes at me multiple times. I was very uncomfortable the entire time. When i got my food, it was missing a few toppings, when i went to get it fixed i was told that said toppings were there but it was a "light layer" which was very very untrue. And why would it be a light layer if i didn't ask?
10/10 would not go back again

Terrible service. I went to pick up an ubereats order. It took me ten minutes to get there and they hadn't started the order yet. Somehow they didn't see the receipt that printed out. The girl apologizes and says she will get right to it. She then takes 5 minutes to find and put on gloves and then starts gossiping with her coworker about her weekend. I watched her stand there and talk for 5 minutes without even attempting to make a sandwich. So ten minute drive there, and 10 minutes of waiting. 20 minutes and she had done nothing so I told her to enjoy her conversation and left. Firehouse use to be up there with chick fila and jersey Mike's as far as service goes. not anymore

Order is always wrong and the cleanliness of the restaurant is not good.

I placed an order online at 7:30pm it stated it would be ready by 7:45pm. Here it is 8:15 and my order still isn’t ready. There was no manager on duty. There were 4 workers behind the counter and only 2 were actually doing something instead of standing around talking. Terrible terrible experience.

I swear that I will never order from this location again. The last two times I’ve ordered I’ve been completely missing a combo from my order and the store does nothing to fix it other than say you can come back up there to get a new one. Terrible customer service.

Do firefighters get a discount? Cause my husband is a firefighter and he even had his jacket on, and it had his name with Chief Greg Pate and we didn't get a discount with a $40. Something order.
