Called at 3:10 to order food and just because it was thundering and lightning said it was storming pretty bad and they just had to close. I work next door!! Places just look for any excuse to close now days. They don't care about their business. It wasn't storming enough to close!!
Sarah at the front counter is one of the best customer service people ive ever met...there was a mistake with our order, and our food was delivered to the wrong address. Sarah without hesitation, apologized and made it right. The food is good bar style food with some great wings and pizza, but the service from Sarah kept me as a customer.. great employee at a good family owned restaurant...
The food and customer service are always amazing!

Carrollton Giovanni’s is a classic, comforting Italian spot. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a laid-back dinner or a casual date night. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive. KP and Sarah are often mentioned for their great service, always greeting customers with smiles and laughs, and resolving any issues quickly. The food is always hot and fresh, and it never changes. Favorites include the baked ziti, strombolis, chicken alfredo, and pizza. The chicken alfredo is rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned, while the pizza has a classic, slightly crispy crust with a great balance of cheese and sauce. The lunch portions are plentiful and beautifully presented. A cannoli is a delicious way to end the meal. Prices are fair for the quality, and customers never feel rushed. Whether dining in or ordering takeout, the food comes out fast. Carrollton Giovanni’s is highly recommended and a place customers want to come back to.
