This is the WORST experience ever. Nobody knows what's going on in this place. Waited for thirty minutes for food, got our food that part of had been sitting for 20 minutes, rude employees, yelling at the front counter kid...I'd have walked off my job at that point...managers, I am guessing, very hateful. People just standing around, no one knew what was going on.

Worst Hardee’s I’ve been to. Waited 5 minutes for order to be taken then 10 minutes for cold food. Only 3 people total prepping, drive through and counter. Manager stayed in back office while customers waited. Employees working hard but needed more help.

This is honestly the best Hardee's I've been through compared to the other locations. This has amazing service and the food was hot and ready to be eaten! The employees are very kind and they will correct orders if someone's order isn't right. I'm not sure why this place only has around 3 stars but it's at least a 5!

Nice location. The building recently just got remodeled which is very great to see! When I walked into this location, there I was greeted by some nice employees who had a genuine heart in taking customers orders. I ordered myself a Big Star combo and the employees were very nice to have a little conversation about positivity, but hell I was hungry. I ate the food and it was very hot and delicious. The drinks are refreshing. I will go back to this location. If anything look out for the employees at this location.

Please fix App?? Every time I get 500-600 hundred stars saved up it seems the app signs me out & when i sign back in, they are gone. This time, the app is not working at all, will not allow sign in, location seems to not be working, can not order at all. Speech & audio sensitivities due to health issues makes ordering in app much easier, please, please fix. ?? Service is always good, food is good. I always use drive thru so i cant review inside experience. I have powered on & off, uninstalled & reinstalled, to no avail ?

Hey there! A customer from Hardee's who lives in Carrollton GA. Let me get started by saying this location seems to be rated with so many stars.. but it is the opposite of the one star reviews. I unfortunately could not get the name of these employees, but they were sweet hearted, kind, respectful and showed that they loved working there too. It's not that common to see good service, but.. this one did just their call of a well done job. The food was made with so much love and it was so delicious. I definitely didn't even regret going here. I will continue supporting this establishment forever. God bless these employees and thank you for the food.. tasty food, hot food. The prices were also cheap. Sometimes cheap food can be good.
