Waited for 30 minutes after being seated, wasn't offered a drink or a menu, wasn't spoken to at all after being seated. Staff didn't seem to care when we spoke to them as we left.

We came in with our children, they have a few large groups so we wait to be seated, that’s fine. We were shown to our seat, then 25 minutes pass without a menu, drinks, or kids color sheets. We tried to be patient since they were clearly busy but we didn’t even know our server. People came in behind us with bigger groups and were given menus and drinks and some even got food.

Today was my very FIRST time ever ordering from this location. I haven’t even been inside to eat. I order my online order approximately 2.5 hours earlier from my pickup time at 4p.m. It was NOT ready.
I ordered the strawberry salad. There was no strawberries. That’s what I really loved about it. I ordered my husband the country fried steak with salad, and mashed potatoes. Didn’t receive the salad.
Tried calling at least 4 times with no answer. My husband is the one that pick up my order and stated that they WERE NOT busy at all. I paid about $40 for my 2 item order for it to not be correct. I will probably not order ever order from here again. Much less eat inside. This is what I do for a living, and will be contacted corporate.

I would like to say that I believe that D'ante the server in my opinion is the best server you have. He not only remembers all your food he remembers who ordered each item. He will always get a great tip from me. This gentleman needs to be recognized!
