We came in with our children, they have a few large groups so we wait to be seated, thatās fine. We were shown to our seat, then 25 minutes pass without a menu, drinks, or kids color sheets. We tried to be patient since they were clearly busy but we didnāt even know our server. People came in behind us with bigger groups and were given menus and drinks and some even got food.

Today was my very FIRST time ever ordering from this location. I havenāt even been inside to eat. I order my online order approximately 2.5 hours earlier from my pickup time at 4p.m. It was NOT ready. I ordered the strawberry salad. There was no strawberries. Thatās what I really loved about it. I ordered my husband the country fried steak with salad, and mashed potatoes. Didnāt receive the salad. Tried calling at least 4 times with no answer. My husband is the one that pick up my order and stated that they WERE NOT busy at all. I paid about $40 for my 2 item order for it to not be correct. I will probably not order ever order from here again. Much less eat inside. This is what I do for a living, and will be contacted corporate.

I would like to say that I believe that D'ante the server in my opinion is the best server you have. He not only remembers all your food he remembers who ordered each item. He will always get a great tip from me. This gentleman needs to be recognized!

We came into the restaurant at 5:00 pm. There were only 2 other people in the restaurant with two servers. The hostess seated us and was also our server. She did not smile and was not very friendly. There were 3 in our party. The server didnāt write down our order and eventually came back with a iPad with questions about what we ordered. Two of us ordered the 2x2x2 with bacon and the other person in the party ordered a sandwich with breakfast potatoes. We did receive our drinks but the tea tasted old/sour tonight. Our server disappeared for a brief time and when she was out in the lobby she was on her cell phone. After 30 minutes, the server came back to our table with pen and paper to take our order again saying that the computer didnāt ātalkā to the kitchen and our order never was placed. She had gone back to the kitchen a few times but evidently didnāt check on our order. This is very disappointing and it will be some time before we go back. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
