Jersey Mike's Subs

I love Jersey Mikes Subs, but the Carrollton location is a disaster. The workers are the slowest moving people that I’ve ever seen in my life. I walked into an empty store and it took the employees 20 minutes to complete a 3 sub order. I ordered a mini Turkey sub for my daughter and the sub in the image is what I received. That’s not even a full slice of turkey. $8 for a quarter ounce of meat on the sub. This location absolutely sucks!

Giggle slime

So I've never had a terrible experience at this restaurant however, today's service was a little rocky. They looked to have a ton of online orders and only 2 employees in the store. When I walked in I was told there would be a wait, no problem. The employees were definitely over whelmed. When it came time to pay, the employee rang me up and I guess assumed I had a card. I stood there about 3 minutes before she realized I had cash. Again, not terrible. Just a little rocky. I will always come back the best sub shop in town.

They do an outstanding job on their sandwichs. The only complaint is that sometimes their white bread is a little tough. Other than that, they ate great.

I will frequent this location anytime I want to feel special. Matthew will get a sandwich out of me once a week for being so kind, attentive and accommodating of my peculiar taste. I said he's so nice he must be AI! He is such a sweet pleasant person. You all are so fortunate to have such an asset to you alls team. He is the perfect employee. KEEP HIM HAPPY

Closed over an hour early because they are short-staffed. 6/13/25 @ 730pm. Seen three team members in the store as I was turned away.

Horrible management. Store always closes early due to “staff issues”. I’ve witnessed upper management bullying newer employees. This location needs to be investigated by HR seriously. I feel bad for all the ones working there who have to answer to this “management”
