I eat here regularly but tonight I need assistance with tracking something down. Although we weren’t able to get anything resolved, Kaitlyn went above and beyond! This is the type of employee I wish to encounter more often! Thank you Kaitlin for your willingness to help me!

Our high school cross country team has been fortunate enough to make the state meet for the past two years and each year we have ordered lunch boxes from this Moe's location. We order food from businesses all over the metro Atlanta for our runners and this one stands out in its overall excellence. Not only is the price reasonable, but the food is GREAT tasting. (Satisfying the palates of nearly 50 people is not easy) And they DELIVER on-site, and on-time. I cannot say enough about Lorna, who has been a delight to work with. If you have a large catering order, this is the business that will get it done, and done right!

I ordered Moes through DoorDash. When the driver got to the restaurant, they informed me that the workers hadn’t even started on my order, which was placed 10-15 minutes prior to the driver’s arrival. Not only did it take forever to complete the order due to everyone dragging their asses, but the DoorDash driver caught an employee rubbing their face/nose with a gloved hand and then touching what would have been me food. Thankfully, the driver asked for my food to be remade. Talk about shitty food service. I don’t care if most of the employees are college students, there’s an expectation of proper food handling if you work in the restaurant industry.

The floor when you go into the line to order is soaked with steaming hot water. We had to walk around the opposite way to order. These photos were taken after the young lady working attempted to mop it up following our request to do so. The employees laughed and said it was not their problem saying they don’t get paid for that. They said it is a recurring problem. I am only posting this review to get the owners attention to let him know your employees are not tending to your building and you most likely have a mold problem after this amount of water leaking every day. There should also be safety signs out stating there is water on the floor to prevent an accident. These photos were taken at 8:45 pm on 9/10/25.

Not giving a good review because of the employee working there. There was a man with long hair and he was the one starting to make everyone’s order. He didn’t ask what he could get me he just stared at us until we said what we wanted. Then he rushed so fast I couldn’t even hardly ask for rice or extra stuff because he didn’t even give me a chance. It wasn’t even busy inside so there’s no reason to rush. He also piled on some much food everything came out when I tried to take the first bite. He did the same thing to my husband and had a terrible demeanor. HOWEVER, the other employees were great. There were 2 other guys and one girl working the front. The girl was so pleasant and sweet and had great customer service. They shouldn’t keep this guy in the front if he’s going to act like he shouldn’t be there. He should also put his hair in a pony tail if he’s making food.
