Not giving a good review because of the employee working there. There was a man with long hair and he was the one starting to make everyoneâs order. He didnât ask what he could get me he just stared at us until we said what we wanted. Then he rushed so fast I couldnât even hardly ask for rice or extra stuff because he didnât even give me a chance. It wasnât even busy inside so thereâs no reason to rush. He also piled on some much food everything came out when I tried to take the first bite. He did the same thing to my husband and had a terrible demeanor. HOWEVER, the other employees were great. There were 2 other guys and one girl working the front. The girl was so pleasant and sweet and had great customer service. They shouldnât keep this guy in the front if heâs going to act like he shouldnât be there. He should also put his hair in a pony tail if heâs making food.

I went to Moes today because I saw this sign on the store and I remember âMoes Mondayâ from a while back. We walked in and asked for which ever burrito is on sale for Moes Monday. The guy helping us yelled out to another employee asking which burrito you get at a discount for Moes Monday. The employee replied âany burritoâ so we ordered a home wrecker with white meat chicken. We didnât add any extras but when we added a drink, our total became over $15! I asked why the burrito wasnât $7.99 as advertised and it was then that a whole different employee said âoh, you canât get the home wrecker or any other build yourself burrito for that price; you have to get a different burrito.â The only burrito on the menu is the homewrecker?! I paid the $15 but Iâm upset that I was lied to in the first place and then overcharged. I see now that the sign says you have to be a rewards member and wouldâve gladly joined in the app for the better deal but that was never told to me.
Got the steak homewrecker and it was not good..Didn't taste any seasonings on the steak..Pico de Gallo tasted like dish detergent and old tomatoes..

Moeâs restaraunt located on U.S. Hwy 27 in Carrollton, is located in front of WalMart. Itâs a very good restaurant with a good atmosphere, great employees that are friendly and fast at preparing your food requests with a smile!! I ate a grilled chicken burrito that was very good and very filling!!! They also served nacho chips and two different kinds of salsa that was good!! The restaurant was clean!! They were minutes from their regular business hours for closing, but they told me to relax and finish your food!! They were very polite when they told me that!!! Grade A+++
