Our server was great but why tf did expo let my plate go out like this? And why my steak dryer than the Sahara?? There's no way you can look at this plate and think it's appetizing.
Awesome experience today with all the open seats and available staff. Waitress wasn't stressed out, nor was she sweating. We received hot rolls with butter. Ice cold drinks and our food in less than twenty-five minutes. That's what I call a good day.
Parking: Parking all around the building, so issue dining in at any time of the day.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking spots right in front of the door for easy access.
This was my first time ordering takeout online. What I liked: Dedicated parking spot. Food was nicely packaged and very good; convenience of online ordering and they brought out to my car. What I didn't like: No utensils or napkins included; 3 rolls for 2 entrees. I guess we split a roll?
Yikes..they need to update their booths (ripped fabric) and tables. The restaurant is a hot mess..looks dirty. I should have just left... The food was served cold, actually frozen in the middle. Don't get me started on the terribly gross bathroom. The one and only redeeming quality was our wonderful , cheerful and energetic waitress Anna. She was outstanding. If only the restaurant matched 1/16 of her greatness they would be doing quite well.
Our waiter would NOT stop flirting with the waitress, missing drink refills, and just sorta spaced out when he talked to us. The kitchen was ridiculously behind. We got our food a full hour after we got seated.
Enjoyed the calm, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Waitress was nice and attentive. Drinks had a great taste-Strawberry Lemonade and Tea. Thumbs up on those?. The only thing that needed attention was the food temperature-it wasn't warm/hot enough.
My wife and some friends came to have dinner. We were seated fast, and the waiter seemed friendly.After we put the orders in, we never got refills on our drinks, and the steaks we ordered medium rare came out well done. The mac n cheese and baked potatoes were good.
My party of six had a terrible experience. Waiter (Noah P) began with good customer service but at some point through the night, before receiving our main entrees, the customer service was completely gone. My husband was ignored when ordering appetizers while the other two men in our party were not. There were four empty drinks and no rolls were given the whole night. Three of the drinks were not refilled once. My husband ordered a medium rare steak and received a well done steak. This happened to another member of our party. When one of the men asked for a refill towards the end of our stay, my husband and I were not even asked if we wanted refills or what we had to drink. All of us feel disrespected and will not be coming back ever again. I understand we came close to close but we at least deserved basic human decency.
Stop at location on Hwy 27 in Carrollton, GA. Time approx 1:30pm. Only about 6 people in restaurant. We got seated, waiter took our drink order, I got my tea my husband never for his beer and no one ever come back to take our order. We waited for about 10 mins. Still no beer and order taken, we got up and left. We will not be going back to your restaurants again. Also tell them to clean the place up.
This is a review for 1591 South Highway 27 Carrollton, GA 30117 Overview of this location is horrible service, staff disrespectful attitude toward customers, lack of management control, poor quality of food. Please advise this location is not worth visiting based on our visit and has ruined me from visiting any other O'Charley's locations ever again. While talking to a manager for a second time a line formed with someone else to complain and I had another customer mention to me in passing that they agreed that service and food was not worth it. Review of our visit on May 14th 2023 We had 9 people in our party and at any given time throughout our entire visit the store was never more than half full. We were seated pretty quick for the size of our party but that's where any pleasantry ended for our 2 hour horrible experience. Once seated no one attended our table for 20 mins and once inquiring if we could get drinks we were informed that our server was not ready for us. After 30 minutes and getting a manager, our server showed up to take orders. Had to ask for refills more than once but only got one refill. Asked for another order of bread and never got it. We only got maybe two thirds of our order and not all of it was correct. One member of the party got their food, finished their plate, left the store and came back before anyone else started getting food. Majority of food did not come out till an hour after order was placed. At this time the manager was requested multiple times from me through multiple employees. Faith brought out one of the dishes and when she was informed that the dish was not prepared as requested she retrieved something else from the kitchen a few minutes later. At this time the dish was still incorrect and requested that the dish be removed from the order ticket. Faith argues with the guest about the dish and rolls her eyes, flips her hair and tells us they have been busy. When the entire table gasps and says no it has not been busy that we have been there an hour and half and the store was never more than half full is when she walks away and still speaks to us with a serious attitude. I am still trying to get a manager for the second time and once he showed up I started explaining what happened up to this point. Faith decided to approach me and the manager and she ignored him waving her off and instead she continued to approach us and falsely accuse our party of cussing at her. I strongly disagreed and she just had an attitude and argued with me in front of the manager. The manager failed to take control of the employee and allowed her to keep arguing without trying to stop her. At that time I humbly provided Faith with a curse word since she wanted to stand in the middle of the store and falsely accuse me. Yes service was rough but everyone was calm and peaceful till Faith decided to provide the attitude and disrespect us. When the store manager brought me his manager's number I said we would not be paying unless Faith apologizes to us and I was informed that would not happen and we were not charged. I called and spoke with a third manager named Kevin and made my complaint. Kevin asked what would resolve the issue and I told him I would pay for everything and consider everything as resolved if Faith would apologize but was told no again. So it's very clear that employees are allowed to treat customers as they wish at this location and surprised this location does not have a single star.

I ordered Mac and Cheese as one of my sides cuz you know how hard could that be to mess up… and out comes this monstrosity of buttered noodles and sprinkled shredded cheese… did get a nice giggle tho
My brother and I had the best service today for lunch. Our server, Anna, was awesome!! We laughed, ate our food and laughed some more. Anna and I picked on my brother a little bit and it was funny. Our food came out quickly, hot and fresh, and so did the rolls. We spoke to the manager about Anna and what a great employee he has. I'm 58 yrs old, have 40 years of customer service experience, 10 yrs of that as a server myself, and I have to say Anna is the epitome of what all servers in any restaurant should be. Thank you, Anna, my brother Tony and I loved the food, especially the service you have us...You were awesome!!!
Lindsey was an amazing waitress! So kind and very helpful. The food was AMAZING. Seriously some of the best all around food I have had. My family and I are in town buying a house to from UT to move to the area, guaranteed you will be seeing us as regulars once we are settled!
Absolutely delicious. Had a turkey sandwich and a Shirley temple. Wasn't going to have a Shirley temple till my brother in law got one and they surprisingly add cotton candy on top which is a great touch. Can't wait to come again.
I used to love coming here, but after our experience tonight, I won’t be back.It was Close to empty when we arrived. We were seated shortly before 7 and it took close to 20 minutes just to get our drinks.After close to an hour waiting we told them to cancel our food that we just wanted to leave. Instead they brought out a manager who said our order was only placed 15 minutes ago.. Meaning our waitress forgot to put it in. Several minutes later we finally got our food and mine was wrong and cold in places, but we were so hungry I just dealt with it.We never got refills, we were never brought out bread, and the service was just plain bad.For our troubles the manager took our 2 sodas off the bill…
