The service was excellent... Food was great. The drinks delicious but the overall atmosphere sucked. You could feel the laziness and lack of pride from employees as soon as you entered.

The Olive Garden is basic Italian fare. The service here is not where it should be in a big restaurant like this one. Several times waiting on items and just a lot of confusion on who was waiting on us and experience was just average.

I went for a solo meal. I ordered Tour de Italy, but they were out of lasagna. My waiter was awesome, but the food was subpar. Although it wasn't the restaurant's fault, the people sitting beside me were terrible with their potty mouths. I'll likely be back, but last night could've been better.

Just left there after waiting 20 minutes with not even a drink order in an empty restaurant. Enough said

This place needs help. So many cars in the parking lot yet sections are empty and you wait 20 min for a table. Took an hour and 15 min to get our food. Also how does Olive Garden run out of lasagna?

The food was great and the staff was friendly we had a very pleasant time and never had to wait for drinks it was very busy 20 min wait for a table on sunday but the staff made up for it and was amazing two thumbs up will come again

I’ve generally enjoyed the soups at the Olive Garden in Carrollton — they’re always warm and flavorful. I wasn’t too impressed with the calamari, but the pastas have all been delicious every time I’ve visited. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes the dining experience even better. Overall, a pleasant place to enjoy a nice Italian meal.

Where to begin? Let's see. First, we're going to start with the service. Waited 45 minutes to get a table. Ordered an appetizer and drinks. Took another 30 minutes to receive appetizer and drinks. When the waitress wrong appetizer. It was not what we ordered and she had to take it back to the kitchen and get the right one.Then rated another 20 minutes for our main course to arrive and it was cold. Sent it back 5 minutes later they brought it out again they had just popped it in the microwave. Sometime during all the waiting we had someone walk to our table and asked for money while the staff just watched the lady walk to table to table asking for money at the point where they brought the food back out of the microwave we decided to leave I will not be going back to this location
