This place needs to shut down. We have gave our last chance to this place. Our food was cold, the wings tasted old, the pizza tasted like chemicals and the fries we didn’t even get a full order on both of those and then the cheese sticks were so over cooked. Pizza Hut isn’t like it used to be. They need to shut there doors.

This has got to be one of the worst pizza huts i ever ate at! Ordered two pizzas wings and breadsticks and nothing was remotley warm. The pizza was so dried out that we ended up wasting most of it. Dry breadsticks cold wings just disgusting. Being an ex employee of pizza hut i was very disappointed and will never eat at this location again!

Never again. I gave this location its last chance and once again they proved how little they care about the quality of their food and customer service. Does THIS look appetizing? White cardboard with the sauce so heavy it ran off the side and made some of the crust soggy. Pathetic excuse for a pizza. This location has been in decline for years. At least the location on Bankhead used to try and make the pizzas something you’d want to eat but they were closed down. Might as well pack it up at this location too-whomever owns this location you clearly don’t want your business to last.

First off, I want to start by saying my daughter (9 years old) is a VERY tough food critic. She’s an extremely picky eater. Ordered specifically from Park street as the former Bankhead hwy location has been closed down. Go in to pick up the pizza and this young girl (maybe late teens early 20s) with dark hair that was behind the counter on May 4th around 2 pm in the afternoon was a very sweet employee. We get home and the first thing my daughter said “Now this is a perfect pizza!” And indeed it was. More often than not places get bad reviews and I’m not one to always leave a review, but I felt this pizza was, in fact, the perfect pizza!! Thank you whoever you were. I wish I caught your name, so your employers could give you some recognition. That’s why I put the date and time on here, so hopefully they will see this and give you some kind of recognition as you definitely deserve it.
Cheesy Bites Pizza with Ranch Lover’s Flight. Best pizza ever made!! Will definitely order again!! All 3 dipping Ranch Sauces were amazing!!

Order a supreme pizza didn’t get what I ordered. I don’t want the pork sausage in the pizza only wanted beef, pepperoni, ham , mushroom bell pepper onion. I received only the beef on the pizza. I questioned what was on my pizza was told supreme pizza doesn’t come with ham . I asked and I didn’t asked for pepperoni on the pizza. I know she saw the disappointment on my face but didn’t offer to make me a satisfied customer.

There was a younger male in the cooking section when I walked in to get my order that was rudely getting spoken to by the front counter attendant. I’m not sure if she was the manager for that shift or what she was. But she was too busy talking down to the individual that was making the pizzas to notice that I had walked in to assist. Just wanted to leave a review in hopes her behavior might become a topic of discussion because the younger man did not even open his mouth the whole time but she would just keep talking towards him in a negative way.
