I never got my food. They took out $53 something and they don't even have a proper number to call so now I'm going to have to go inside and ask what's going on to get a refund . Never order online. I call and call and Indians transfer me to a phone number that doesn't work 😑. Don't waste ur time and money this location is absolutely terrible and I won't go to again. Will highly suggest others to do the same and avoid them stealing my money and time with no service

Personal pans pizzas were horrible, and there was no onions that day as well. I paid for extra cheese, which i didn't receive. I threw it way. Just a waste of money. What happened to the buttery crust that Pizza Hut is known for on its pan pizzas . Save your money, don't go here.

I have been ripped off 3 times and promised credits twice. Never can use the fake credits, can't get anyone on the phone it's a call center that can't get the store either. This place needs to be shut down. How do u do anything other than rip off customers with no real number to call. Corporate is the same way, "if u have a complaint or need to change an order call the store directly " HOW??

I’ve had two separate delivery experiences with this place, and both times my order was late!
The first time, my order arrived 2 hours late. I had to leave for a prior engagement, so when the food was finally delivered, I wasn’t home. The manager did issue a refund.
The second time, as I’m writing this review, my order was supposed to arrive at 1:21 pm. It’s now 3:03 pm, and still no order!
When you call the listed phone number, it routes you to a call center. They transfer you, but then the store’s number comes up as disconnected.
I’ll be filing a dispute with my bank.

I ordered the special stuffed crust and wings..it never came so my daughter called them to find out they cancelled our order..she ordered a regular large pizza and 8 wings cost same amount as special with 16 wings and stuff crust..the phone number to store doesn't even work..We will never order pizza hut again ..if u can't give a special then why advertise them

Pulled up and half the staff were out back smoking and it smelled like skunk piss every where. Stunk Bad. Go inside and The Employees kept going in and out of the Bathroom. They acted like they were all on something. Could not guess what it COULD be, maybe the skunky smell has something to do with it. They messed up my order and it took for ever. Never going back here EVER AGAIN! It was a few weeks back. Pizza Hut is Ruined forever in these parts. Closed All of the Stores and it won't be long on this Little place either.
We love their Pizza and pasta and breadsticks and my daughter loves their brownie.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Cold pizza and incorrect order. And one was burnt. Calling the store number you're redirected to a call center located outside the United States. When you voice a complaint they either 1) hang up; or 2) put you on hold until you give up.
A call to corporate Pizza Hut is equally frustrating and completely useless.
Only solution was a charge back with AMEX.

I've been trying to call the store for 22 minutes now (still on the phone as I type this up) because they left off one of the pizzas I ordered and the sauces for the boneless wings. Something ALWAYS goes wrong at this location which is why we hardly ever get Pizza Hut. And after this, pretty sure it'll be a long time before we do again.

I placed an order at 5:00 today went in store 4 times to pick food. Waited in parking lot. Told first time that wasn’t even in oven yet. Second time that it was cooking. Third time told another 15 minutes. Last time which was 1 1/2 hrs later they could not find my order. There was 15 of us waiting in lobby and no one was assisting us. I had been there longer than anyone else. They gave lady in front of me a $50 credit for delay. I was only offered my money back with an I’m sorry. This place needs to some improvements! Do not recommend this place any longer. It used to be one of my favorite places to eat. If I could I would give them no star rating

Every time I have ordered here, the pizza crusts are wrong. I kept receiving thin crust when I ordered hand tossed. I left a bad review about it and I was credited $15 so I decided to try it one more time and this time the crust was right but they put so much sauce on it we didn't eat it because that's all you could taste and I ordered them with light sauce. My kids wouldn't even eat it. I will not be ordering from here again. The employees do NOT pay attention to what the orders say when they are ordered through the app.
