This place is RIDICULOUS!!! They staff is awful, they did not deliver our pizza, they delivered it to some other house after waiting for 3 hours. Then proceeded to act like it was my fault!! The so called "manager" was not much of a manager!! The girl who answered i guess got tired of hearing me gripe about THEIR MISTAKE so she thought she'd just hang up! They never offered to fix the situation or anything!! I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!

They have a freaking call center who takes your order, when you ask to speak with someone at the store,no one answers. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will never buy pizza hut again. Papa John's here we come!

Excellent customer service! Ordered online and my delivery was late (I live in a hard to find spot), I was given 2 coupons to correct the error. No argument at all!!! My food is always correct, hot, and yummy!
