Food wasn’t good at all u had the salad bar with the potato soup the salad was good but the soup was nasty. My husband ordered the Philly cheesesteak didn’t eat it he said it was gross same with the zucchini. The chips was steal and the cheese dip was not hot. Brooklyn was nice tho and did I good job taking care of us just didn’t like the food.

Garden bar was horrible. No eggs because they are “too expensive”. No oil because their dispenser “broke a few weeks ago”. No spinach. The bar was not maintained and only after complaint did they decide to look at it and restock it. Even then, no bacon, no croutons, romaine lettuce was brown and all stems. This was the worst garden bar I’ve seen.
The restaurant was grimy, sticky, and just a sense of a restaurant no one is maintaining. The floors in the bathroom were so sticky my feet kept sticky as I was walking.
Ordered their more expensive entrees (triple play). Food tasted very microwaved from frozen. Potato was very old and had to send back. They make a fresh one in 5 minutes so that is a microwave dish.
Waitress while nice, was dressed very poorly with hair and lint all over clothes. Cook was very loud and was discussing personal issues with other staff. We were seated across the restaurant and could hear him.
Only seats offered were booths by window. They have no blinds and sun was out in force. Very hot and uncomfortable.
A year ago, this was a go to location for us, mainly for the garden bar. Now, never again. I expect they will be shutting their doors soon enough.

I had a carry out that included 2 steak dinners. The ribeye was supposed to be medium rare, the T-bone was supposed to be medium. The cook temperature on the steaks was reversed. Please ask the cook staff to double check all order details so as to avoid this type of issue.

I had the lady with black hair and 2 black nose rings, she didn’t come check up on us not once and took forever to bring us our check. I had to ask another lady if she could get someone to bring our check. And she was really rude and wasn’t very welcoming. NEVER EVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!

The food quality has definitely degraded from how it was 10-12 years ago before their "revamp." The steak and hamburgers are very bland now. They need to bring back to the triple prime burgers and southwastern spring rolls. The salad bar was very fresh though. It took a good 20 minutes to get our bar drinks, and about an hour for us to get our food, and it wasn't that busy.
Portion sizes… Very underwhelming at best. If you are going to charge a premium for your food, get it right and at least deliver on the food. Maybe get a smaller to-go dish so that it at least looks full?

Not the experience I’m used to when visiting a Ruby Tuesday restaurant. The staff was slow. None of the waitresses were paying attention. They were all standing around talking and laughing. We wasn’t even offered a dessert. We felt as if were more of a bother than anything else. We won’t be back to this location.
