Lexi was wonderful! She was attentive, helpful, kind, and gave service with a smile all the way through. We have had Lexi a couple times as our server and we will ask for her again at our next visit!

Okay, so I haven’t really been going to Ruby Tuesday for quite a while because I feel their food and service just aren’t worth the money. Unfortunately, that impression was reinforced this past Sunday.
I will say that our server was amazing—she took care of everything, was very attentive, and punctual—so I can’t fault her service at all. My problem is entirely with the food.
First, they brought out the cheese dip, and it was literally cold. The cheese had already thickened and was just room temperature. You could pick up the cast-iron container by hand, and it didn’t even feel warm. We had to ask them to heat it up, and they added an extra order for the inconvenience, which I appreciated.
Next, my mom’s steak came out. She asked for well-done, but it was very pink inside, so we had to get it corrected—which they did. I had the boneless buffalo wings with a side of fries, and I have to say, the wings looked like they had been cooked two days before we arrived. I requested extra sauce, but it wasn’t given until I specifically asked my waitress.
The mushrooms my mom ordered weren’t sautéed—they were burnt and looked like ashes. She couldn’t even enjoy them. My son’s food came out, and somehow honey mustard ended up on two of his chicken tenders, even though he didn’t order it. He only had ranch on his plate. I tried to get this corrected, but he didn’t want to bother because he didn’t want to wait any longer to eat.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the food quality. The portion sizes definitely do not justify the prices—you pay $16 for what looked like a kids’ meal, and the quality was poor. This is one of the main reasons I haven’t visited this chain for years—they have fallen off. I had hoped they were improving, but this visit made it clear that they are not.
