Coming to this location for the past 4 months has always been a joy! Today Kat rushed us to order then proceeded to assist the drive thru customers that arrived after we ordered. After about 10 minutes of waiting and 3 cars leaving the drive thru, I came to the counter and noticed our drinks had been sitting there prepared. It's disheartening to have experienced such unprofessionalism upon entry!

I live 20 minutes away from this location. It is the closest location to me. I drive specifically to Carrollton for Smoothie King. There have been three times that I have arrived before 9 o’clock and they had told me to just go somewhere else or that they were closed. The first time that they turned me away, the lady said “ you might as well just find somewhere else to go” If the hours are not correct on the website, please update.
Smoothie was good the brunette girl was rude tho The blonde girl saved my mood tho.

I came in for the first time today and the customer service was amazing! Kayla and Christian were great! My Caribbean Way was great as well lol. She made sure she blended it well so that there were no ice chips in it. I can’t stand that. Either way, pull up. You won’t be disappointed!
