I've never had an issue with store but today while going thru the drive I was told at the window while picking up my drink that I needed to understand their mobile drive policy and I need to wait 15min. I've always ordered mobile and never been told this! Never told this by many different locations nor has this location told me this in the past year I've been ordering from them. I got my free coffee as advertised but I was not expecting to pay as much as I did I know I bought a cake pop and a matcha latte for my daughter but I'm always surprised by how expensive they are!

It's always slow and the people are visibly overworked. So... classic Starbucks experience, I guess.
I did not rate the food-- I'm always picking up my wife's order.
They have made a big mistake on an order when I did not have time for a big mistake.
I thought the thing about Starbucks employees getting your name wrong every time was a joke, but it's happened to me every time unless I had my work badge on.
