I'm not one to complain. Ever. I understand the holidays are busy. BUT someone needs to know. The service here today was awful. I got in line at 2:58 in the drive thru. 3 cars in front of me. I had to be somewhere at 3:30 that was just 2 miles down the road. But I was late because I was stuck in this awful line. I have a picture of the guyI went there today at 6:40 in the morningAnd whoever that guy is, that makes the drinks is extremely slow never greeted me when I walked up. The customer service is awful. Nothing wrong with drink, but no hi or hello. I waited at counter with no indication of my existence. Not a “will be with you in a minute” just silence. Eventually, when worker did help she was not apologetic or even friendly. There seems to be no sense of urgency either. Management needs to fix customer service.
