I got a kids burger meal with cheese and only pickles. I got my baby the 2 piece chicken tender kids meal with a box of apple juice. My child really loved the fries. They were alright, you just have to eat them faster than Mc Donald's fries if you want them before they are soggy. The burger was boring and the actual beef patty was really thin. I was really disappointed. Steak 'n Shake is overrated.

I'm absolutely horrified at how far this once great burger joint has fallen. From the auto kiosks to the generic water injected fries. Gone are the string fries they had. Not to mention the fact that they've turned to using what I only can call fake beef. Never will I be patronizing again. Disgusted.

Good atmosphere, but weird with the new kiosks, the "new" Steak and Shake. Service was fast, and meal was good for the price. It needs some more updating inside, but with the new kiosks, it feels more ordinary than unique, no longer stands out from the others.

I stopped by steak and stake before I went to work. From the time I pulled up to the speaker to the time I got to the window to pay I looked at the time and I had 15 mins before I had to be at work. I work right across the street. All I ordered was a 3pc chicken strip. I waited a little over ten minutes for the cashier to come to the window and tell me it would be 3 more minutes for the tenders. Mind you I was the only car in drive thru and it was only a few people in the inside. I waited 10+ mins for chicken strips asked for a refund once the worker came back to the window and informed me that it would be 3 more mins. Manager Joy refused to give me my money back. I then walked on the inside and asked for corporate number manager Joy gave me a fake number that I called in front of her. She still refused to give me refund and she was on the phone with her boss man. After I talked to her boss then she finally gave me my refund. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! IDK HOW THEY ARE STILL OPERATING AT THIS RATE
Its genuinely crazy how little people were here, there should be so much more. The food was great, and the service was just as good if not better. This place should be busier and the price is somehow the same price it was years ago. I got a burger and fries for less than $5, this alone should be enough for you to atleast support it. The two servers here deserve some type of recognition. The only reason its $10-20 and not less is because I got a milkshake as well.

The man working the drive-through had a runny nose. He kept wiping his nose and holding a tissue while taking the money and giving food out. Handed me messy shakes with it running down the cups and gave me a nasty look when I asked to wipe them down.

I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and a small milkshake. The guy at the window was very confused about how to put it into his computer. When I got the order, I was very confused as well over the price. $12.39 for 2 items. The shake was a child's shake (8oz cup, very disappointing) for $3.99, and my burger was $5.79 with $2.00 added for the bacon. The drive-thru menu has a meal deal with the double steak burger with cheese and bacon, fries, and soft drink for $9.49. On the menu, a double steakburger with cheese and bacon is only $6.70. I got ripped off by the guy adding $2.00 for bacon. They ripped me off again with the miniature shake. No wonder they don't have much business. At least you get your money's worth at other fast food restaurants.
