I really wanted to enjoy this Steak ’n Shake, but it just didn’t live up to expectations. The food took forever to come out, and when it finally did, the fries were cold and the burger was just okay. My milkshake sat on the counter for a while before anyone brought it to me, and by then it had started to melt.
The place didn’t feel very clean either, and it seemed like the staff was short-handed or just not paying attention. I’ve had good experiences at other locations, but this one was disappointing. If you go, maybe try during a slower time and check your order before leaving.

The manager was really nice and friendly!! He was working so hard!! Doing the drive thru and delivering food. I can't believe they done away with servers... I won't go back because of this!!! I am not going to support a business that does away with jobs!!

I got a kids burger meal with cheese and only pickles. I got my baby the 2 piece chicken tender kids meal with a box of apple juice. My child really loved the fries. They were alright, you just have to eat them faster than Mc Donald's fries if you want them before they are soggy. The burger was boring and the actual beef patty was really thin. I was really disappointed. Steak 'n Shake is overrated.

I'm absolutely horrified at how far this once great burger joint has fallen. From the auto kiosks to the generic water injected fries. Gone are the string fries they had. Not to mention the fact that they've turned to using what I only can call fake beef. Never will I be patronizing again. Disgusted.

Good atmosphere, but weird with the new kiosks, the "new" Steak and Shake. Service was fast, and meal was good for the price. It needs some more updating inside, but with the new kiosks, it feels more ordinary than unique, no longer stands out from the others.

They can be a little more friendlier and they could be a little quicker getting the food to the window. There will be absolutely no one in line or inside and you still have to wait on your food.

I stopped by steak and stake before I went to work. From the time I pulled up to the speaker to the time I got to the window to pay I looked at the time and I had 15 mins before I had to be at work. I work right across the street. All I ordered was a 3pc chicken strip. I waited a little over ten minutes for the cashier to come to the window and tell me it would be 3 more minutes for the tenders. Mind you I was the only car in drive thru and it was only a few people in the inside. I waited 10+ mins for chicken strips asked for a refund once the worker came back to the window and informed me that it would be 3 more mins. Manager Joy refused to give me my money back. I then walked on the inside and asked for corporate number manager Joy gave me a fake number that I called in front of her. She still refused to give me refund and she was on the phone with her boss man. After I talked to her boss then she finally gave me my refund. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! IDK HOW THEY ARE STILL OPERATING AT THIS RATE

Its genuinely crazy how little people were here, there should be so much more. The food was great, and the service was just as good if not better. This place should be busier and the price is somehow the same price it was years ago. I got a burger and fries for less than $5, this alone should be enough for you to atleast support it. The two servers here deserve some type of recognition. The only reason its $10-20 and not less is because I got a milkshake as well.
