I sat outside at this location years ago with some co-workers, and the manager told the waitress that we needed to pay for our order in advance as if we would dine and dash. We were all offended, and the food was subpar. I've never returned.

Just walked in and not a single person is there no cook no waitress just an empty open restaurant. We go back outside and drive around the building and the cook is outside smoking no waitress in sight will not be back.

I've been to this location twice and have had really fresh, hot, tasty meals each time.The absolute hidden gem for this location is the quality of customer service. Miss Patty went above and beyond to make our day a little more special, purely out of the kindness of her heart.Miss Patty could, quite frankly, sell me literal cardboard and I'd walk away thankful for the interaction. 10/10, would recommend.

Just came through the drive through to order food. Mrs Patty greeted us immediately and noticed our 2 large dogs. She went out of her way to make our and our puppies day special. I will always return to this location to see Mrs Patty and the crew. Food amazing. Atmosphere perfect. Service 1000 out of 10

I just wanna share that in all my years working at Steak ‘n Shake the new general manager is by far the best that restaurant has ever had!! I admire you so much joy and the leader and woman you are.
Me and my family came in and ate lunch, I just wanna say the food was absolutely amazing!! Our waitress Paige was very attentive and gave us some of the best service we have ever had. We will definitely be going back to this location
