The owner of this subway is awful My son worked here till recently Owner didn't pay him his tips that customers gave He also didn't pay him for all the hours he worked Owner doesn't care about the store I told him people were complaining about staff not wearing hair nets He didn't care My son wasn't trained properly And his 3rd day was left to figure it out with someone who was there for their first shift Subway should be ashamed to have this person using their name on this location and the 5 other locations this owner has Don't go here He has the staff cheat you out of portions It's pathetic Walmart should be ashamed to have this owners Subway inside their store

The young person had no idea what to put on the sandwich. I had to tell her 3 times what sandwich I wanted. She laughed the whole time as she tried to close my sandwich and cut it into two pieces. She checked me out gave me my change and then looked at her phone. She was pleasant, but the young man working with her had to give me my sandwich. I realize she was new, but Subway do better!!

This Subway is AWFUL!! The new owner is so money greedy and cheap! He does not let the workers have a discount anymore. The Walmart workers have to pay for a water cup. He also doesn’t accept coupons. I noticed flies all over the place. The Subway on Bankhead hwy is waaaaay better. The owner is also ripping people off by not giving the correct amount of meat in the sandwich. Y’all better beware…Don’t eat here!!!! Wish I could give 0 stars!!!

The food was great for a subway. The staff that works the day shift was amazing and friendly today. Also, there is a person on here talking about the lettuce looking bad but any person who graduated high school knows it oxidized let alone it's in a freezer to help keep it fresh longer. Someone of y'all needs to stop complaining about things when y'all look like an onion .

The best service there honestly was a little nervous going here from what people was leaving 1 starts for but its all lies. Also one of the cleanest subways I been too. They get a lot of rude costumes and the Walmart employees too omg there the rudest. I feel bad for those subway workers

The bread was burnt. The cookies were burnt. They didn’t want to put toppings on (three onion pieces for a 6in sub). And to top it all off, they were about as personable as a brick wall.

It was the worst experience I've ever had getting a sub from any Subway. When I got there I ordered a sub, first of all it's insanely sloppy and nothing gets cleaned. They don't even wipe the knife or stick the used knife in water. They just keep using the same knives for everything all day. Anyway, there was an older woman working there, that had long natural fingernails and the tips of her fingernails were BLACK from the DIRT underneath them. And that's not even the worst part. After she got done making my sub she had to close the sub. Couldn't find a clean enough knife, that's right. SHE USED HER UNHOLY FINGERS TO STUFF THE INGREDIENTS INTO THE SUB. and quickly checked me out. I would go negative 100 stars if I could. GROSS ?
