No menu to order from. Had to use kiosk to order food. Stupid ! Had to wait over 15 minutes for food. Didn’t order Nothing special ! Employees were rude! They had 6-7 employees working I just couldn’t understand why they were so slow. They were not busy at all.

Plastic in my food!! Staff was not very nice about it either. Saw it and literally used an excuse for it “sometimes the food comes in plastic” uhh how about we make sure it’s pulled completely off before it goes into someones food. They made me a new one but this is ridiculous, no idea how much I ate before i noticed.

I sat in there I know 20 minutes and not the first person greeted me or even ask if they could help me. Idk how long my dad order was ready bc they now are holding them in the back with them instead of out front in the lobby on the shelves to be picked up.

Typical Taco Bell. Generally good but they over cooked the new items. I assume from lack of experience. Still very good over all.
Worst Taco Bell in town. The employees are rude. Went through the drive thru and inside and it's the same. Inside spent $60 waited over 25 minutes for food. Nobody at the counter can help and the manager even told the new employee not to talk to the customers. The drive thru had a mobile order and a new order. Made me drive back around because they could not do both at the same time.

On 1/17/25 they were absolutely slam packed, along with having what I assume to be an inspector show up. I waited for 30 minutes, but the service was still amazing! They were going as fast as they possibly could, with a smile on their face. Credit is most definitely due, and they are very genuine. They did their best, and that’s all I could ask for.

Couldn't bring myself to pay just under $24.00 USD for a large Number 7 and a large Number 9 meal.
My friend and employee said that I was going to have to give him a raise if I expected him to be able to afford Taco Bell.
Taco Bell was always a decent quality imitation TexMex cuisine at a very affordable price.
I understand inflation and the rising cost of doing business extremely well, but the amount we were charged compelled us to cancel the order and go to a different restaurant.
I'd like to see the atrocious overcharging perpetrated by most FASTFOOD restaurants be reevaluated to bring back an actual value to the heinous term "value meal".
Help us be able to obtain lunch at a reasonable rate. Please!!!
