It’s funny because I went to the reviews so I can write one and see a lot of people saying how their experience was just as horrible as mine. I came when my daughter got off at 12 midnight from IHOP we stopped by Taco Bell to get food. On the order I asked for a number one with nacho cheese on both of the chalupas , get home and it’s not on there but I was charged for it. I called and spoke with a Kelsey and asked her was this the Taco Bell across the street from ihop and says no. and I asked are they hwy 27 and she says we are and I said well what’s around you, and she was like Walmart. I said mam Walmart is right next door to IHOP. She then says, how can I help you, Mind you she didn’t know I already called the one on Bankhead and they gave me the address. I told her my chalupas do not have nacho cheese on them and she was very rude, telling me, she saw them put it on there and I proceeded to tell her I have pictures and would she like me to send it to them. She then says well if I can come up with the receipt or whatever they will replace it. I asked if she was the manager and she said yes, I asked who is her manager because when I come up there I would like to report her as well. She says, I’m not allowed to give that out. I said okay when I come in I will let her manager know and she was like okay and hung up in my face. When I say the customer service is horrible I mean that.
Do y’all see nacho cheese or am I tripping? Either way, after I go in there tomorrow. It will be my last time. Do better with who you hire Taco Bell or just shut this one down.

I'm not one fond of leaving reviews and if my order is incorrect 9/10 I just leave it alone because let's be honest it most times seems to much of a hassle.
Tonight I made an order through the drive-thru around 10PM with about 12 items. Once I got home I realized I was missing 2 items. I contemplated calling, but I did. The young lady answered my call, was very apologetic and even gave me options on when to replace it and sounded sincere.
I told her Id drive up there and I did. When I walked in holding my receipt I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who asked if I was the one who called, he grabbed the manager and she took my receipt to give them what needed to be remade.
There were no questions asked, I was treated respectfully by all staff and my food was replaced. I'm not sure of the team members who worked during that shift but kitchen was clean and I feel like kudos were due when customer service experiences are usually not great.
Worst customer service ever wait time 20 minutes just for 1 taco and it was messy I’ll never return zero stars from me

There's nothing wrong with this Taco Bell but there's also nothing aesthetically amazing about it to make me comment about their wonderful atmosphere The service was relatively mediocre because the young lady could have called my name or to let me know that my food was ready in which cost me quite a bit of food temperature but hey people make mistakes

Worst Taco Bell out of all Taco Bells in Georgia. The staff is super rude, and never fails they will always mess up at least one item or it's missing all together. So why do I keep going back for more? No I am not a masochist. My kids just love the Bell. 🙄
Near 10 pm ... This taco bell struggled to get it all right. One person with a drive through headset was sitting in a car outside. At the ordering speaker they have an AI voice trying to take your order. I rejected the AI and asked for a real person who answered in a real voice within a few moments. The guy at the pickup window struggled. He missed several items and as I went through the bag to verify my contents, I had to ask for three different things. He looked surprised that he didn't put the items in the bag. The sign and Google maps say they close at 3 am but as soon as I drove out of the parking lot the lights to the store went off, which was 5 hours earlier than anticipated.

A complete joke! I went through the drive thru to place an order, when I got to the window I asked to add a quesadilla. The associate at the window said that is against policy and I would have to complete and pay for my order and drive thru again! When I told him I wasn’t doing that his response was “then you’re not getting your quesadilla!” I asked for the Manager who confirmed it is policy because it could hold the line—we were literally the only people at the restaurant. He also said Carrollton is a small town and word could get around if they made an exception. Complete and utter disrespect to customers.

I know it’s fast food but cmon, service was ridiculous. Didn’t get the food we ordered, finally got the food we ordered, yet it was disgusting!!!! Which is super disappointing😑
