This location is famous for shorting the amount of chicken on its salads. Today they hit a new low with only one chicken tender on the salad. For a $10 salad, this is sad.I guess they intentionally short their guests so they can make their food cost, Don’t worry about replying either, I’ve already contacted corporate.

Bless it. Big spill of drink in the floor and sticky when we first walked in. Told desk staff. No wet floor sign was ever placed out while we were there for supper nor cleaned up. I asked for cleaner and wiped down my table and several others because honestly embarrassed for them. Pieces of food, trash, sticky drink rings on most of the tables. I wanted people to have a place to sit that was clean. Another patron even mentioned to me that he was reconsidering his choice due to the cleanliness level. Just the cleanliness factor drove me crazy. I was there with the kids to eat and we already left another restaurant because they were out of some food. So yes I stayed at Zaxbys when i could have left there. Couple receipts on floor at the register. Just a lot added up. I know it gets busy.

I ordered a Zensation salad with extra chicken. The drive thru attendant was very rude and shouldn't be working customer service. The salad was awful. The lettuce was bad and I didn't get the extra chicken I paid for. I will not be going back. What a bunch of rude people. The dollar general has better salads than here.

i go to this zaxbys multiple times every weekend, they have forgotten sauces that you pay extra for so many times it’s unbelievable when you genuinely pay for something and don’t get it. You don’t even receive the sauces that come with your meal!!!

We came through the drive through we only get 30 min lunch . Well they messed up both orders . I ordered a blue zalad I get back to work and they have put wing sauce on it. I didn’t ask for wing sauce on my salad and do not have enough time to go back for another. And it was horrible!!
