2nd time here and both times overweight. 3-4 hours to load and 2-3 hours to restack!! If you see this load do not book it.

Terrible terrible place to pickup, I came for a 4am appointment just to be told the load won’t be ready until after 8am. Mind you I had a scheduled same day delivery 4.5 hours away at 12pm. This is just pathetic and these people are so lazy it’s ridiculous. Yall milk the clock but it screws drivers over because we miss appointments and possibly other loads

This location has easy access, however its a first come first serve so appointment time does not makes sense. The docks are easy to back in, scales are provided however they are not accurate so always remember to weigh once you reach a cat scale. Staff are friendly

I got here at 8:00pm.. And they kicked me out at 6:00am.. They forgot I was at the dock.. Have to re-enter and check in again.. And now finally get loaded at 9:20 am Next they... Avoid this place..

This is insane. It took 45 minutes to check in via kiosk. I got a door immediately. Hey this place ain't so bad... famous last words. Ive been in the door for 5 hours. They have not started to unload me.

-10 🌟 Everyone is absolutely right, the worst company, 3 times check in. I stood for 10 hours during loading, the company's employees are rude, and they also forgot to put a cushion between the pallets, which is why one pallet slipped on the way and the barrels fell! I do not advise anyone to deal with such a disgusting company.
Just like everyone else is saying, terrible place to load out of. And they load you with robot lift trucks which are very slow. 8hrs after arriving before product was ready to load.

I will say this it's not wam bam easy pezzy lemon Squeezy Far from it!!!AVOID organization is terrible, I was told my appointment by the broker was 0100 this morning, but they said they can work me in early, so I got here 2000 yesterday. I checked in on stupid kiosk, stand 10 mins to wait for them to tell me, my appointment loo is 0100, so I came back at 1230 then they told me call this number at 0200 and see if there is a door available , so I did they tell me there's two trucks ahead of me, here it is now 0900 just now on the door, on top of had to check in with kiosk 3 times, the place is INSANE & RIDICULOUS! AVOID!!!!!
