I stood for 10 hours during loading, the company's employees are rude, and they also forgot to put a cushion between the pallets, which is why one pallet slipped on the way and the barrels fell! I do not advise anyone to deal with such a disgusting company.

Just like everyone else is saying, terrible place to load out of. And they load you with robot lift trucks which are very slow. 8hrs after arriving before product was ready to load.

I will say this it's not wam bam easy pezzy lemon Squeezy Far from it!!!AVOID organization is terrible, I was told my appointment by the broker was 0100 this morning, but they said they can work me in early, so I got here 2000 yesterday. I checked in on stupid kiosk, stand 10 mins to wait for them to tell me, my appointment loo is 0100, so I came back at 1230 then they told me call this number at 0200 and see if there is a door available , so I did they tell me there's two trucks ahead of me, here it is now 0900 just now on the door, on top of had to check in with kiosk 3 times, the place is INSANE & RIDICULOUS! AVOID!!!!!

Anheuser-Busch warehouse has a self-check-in system, but unfortunately it's poorly implemented. You have to check in both via the kiosk and then again with staff, and then return to the kiosk. The dock setup is also non-standard — approach must be very precise. There are tight barriers on both sides, so there's no room for error. Be extra careful not to damage your wheels. Loading was fairly quick. They have exit scales that accurately measure each axle. Again, the checkout process involves both a kiosk and talking to a person — a bit confusing and unnecessarily drawn out. In my case, it all went smoothly with no wait, but many drivers report spending half a day on check-in, loading, and then more time on check-out.

I’m going to be totally honest… It was a horrible wait time and there was an extremely large amount of trucks that were not aware of the navigation or just totally disregarded it. But the wait time is insane but the loading is reasonable . Can’t believe it actually takes that long for a scale & check in. My appointment time was in the middle of the night. And it was bad so now I have to go back during the day, and I’m expecting the worst so I definitely will be updating you on the day time process. O don’t let me forget to mention the Yard dog I greatly appreciated Him for all his help!

Arrived on time for 1800 appointment and sat in gate for couple of hours because their computer system they found out gave my PO# to another company. Not very reliable

My experience was good had 2pm appt got there 3pm got door right away and was loaded in 2 hours, it was Tuesday and they weren’t busy I don’t know what other days may take time.
