I'm a truck driver and it took me over 6 hours to get loaded no communication what so ever it was ridiculous
shipping 24hrs, seems to be fast to pick up ~21.00
MUST HAVE 2 LOAD LOCKS and AT LEAST 1/2 FUEL; check in/out at the KIOSK computer. Takes around 1-2 hrs to get loaded.
Slow unloading but I got in a good nap. Arrived 11pm. Was told to come back at 1am. After the 2nd long check in I docked around 130am and left around 715am.
The time sitting at the kiosk when you first come in is slower than a snail. That need to be addressed to corporate you sit there for 30 mins. Should only take 5 to 15 mins. Humans can do it faster than the kiosk. Geesh!
Ain't noooooo way Im trying to deliver here again. Lazy azzzzzzzz moooooofoooooooes
***DRIVERS BE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE COMING IN TO THIS PLACE:***
Be ready to get loaded 46000lbs not matter what your Rate confirmation says.
Information that is not set on the Rate Confirmations:
Shipper info - Hello,
Drivers must scale in empty and scale out loaded and agree to their weights before the BOL is printed
Once the BOL is printed, the load is the responsibility of the carrier. If the driver is not comfortable with the weight then the brewery will rework the load, but NOT AFTER THE BOL IS PRINTED
-Per client and retcon
There will be a 500$ charge is the driver wants to return the load - but it's a last resort option
The load cannot be picked up anymore once it's returned.
It the load is shifted, the driver can find a re-work facility to fix it, we will need photos before and after a re-work
If this issue is just regarding the weight, please try to slide tandems or to slide the 5th wheel and any other means of redistributing the weight.
Easy backing. Long time loading. Long time waiting at scale.
This place gets ZERO star(s). The employees are so rude and have no courtesy for drivers. If you run out of hours on the Anheuser Busch grounds, this place will still kick you off the premises. I ran outta hours and continued working until the weight was balanced. They don't like doing rework on loads and will argue with drivers that they have to accept load as is. I am out of time on the 14-hour DOT and crawling tractor because I have to be off the AB yard. Anheuser Busch - without truck drivers, you wouldn't be meeting your quota(s).
Since it’s no new update drivers make sure your tank is half full.
Hey fellow driver pay very close attention to the reviews for this place before accepting a pick up
Or delivery 100% true accurate the waiting times are unbelievable hr to 15 hr waiting time
Restaurantji Recommends
Worst place to make a delivery to. 6 hours and still waiting. One of the worst set ups in the nation. Whole management staff needs to be fired. Ended up waiting 12 hours and they expect me to drive straight through.
Stay away from this place drivers I took forever
Tedious check-in and out process a drop and hook takes just as long as a live load. Make sure you check your trailers. Mine had door damage and busted tires.
Worst place ever please AVOID! Been here getting loaded since 7pm got on the scale at 11:30pm just for them to turn me around because they overloaded me, now I have to go back around and do it all over again!!!! I’ll never come back here
Terrible check in process. Wait time is unbelievable! I got here at 3PM. I just got on the door at 9PM. It’s alot of steps to follow like scaling in and out, kiosk machine, long azz line to get check in, no overnight, no staging etc. Stay away if you can. This might be one of my top worst DC.
