We traveled from Knoxville, TN and the customer service straight from the owner who spoke to us outside at my mom 72nd birthday trip was horrible. He was a smartass and very rude. We chose not eat there and instead went to table 20 which was amazing. Downtown is adorable but this restaurant not so good:(

The hostess was not very good at estimating our wait time. She told us 25 minutes and it was at least an hour. Loved the atmosphere and decor, but it was almost too loud to be able to talk. We had an excellent waitress and the food was very good. Their side salad is amazing! Some of the best zucchini I've ever eaten: grilled and nicely seasoned.

Sea Food was expensive. Background music way to loud. Hard to visit. Hard place to find.

The food was amazing! Our server had a great attitude and was attentive. The inside atmosphere was dim and mood setting, but bright enough to enjoy. This was my first visit and will definitely be bringing the whole family the next time.

Best filet steak I've had in years. Salads were delicious. Helpful trying to deal with GF diet needs .

Always live coming here. I do wish the menu changed seasonally. But good is always good.

I have eaten here many times, and everything is really delicious except for the non-starchy vegetables. There is not one that I like. Wish they would add Broccoli, carrots, Green beans, sweet peas, or squash. All great choices.

Service and atmosphere was good but a bit loud, although we were seated near the bar so that wasn’t too surprising.
Food was really disappointing. I left hungry after spending $100 on my wife and I’ meal. We started with the fried pickles and hush puppies appetizer and although it was good the hush puppies were great but there were only 4. And it was served with what they called “Alabama white sauce” it was ok but very very heavy on the dill seasoning. My wife and I both got salads with our meals and were extremely dissatisfied. My spinach salad came with some kind of bacon vinegar which come to find out was some kind of lard or fat in the salad and my wife had a house salad with ranch and it had very little dressing and again the ranch was very heavily seasoned with dill? Very odd choice. Onto our main course I had a ribeye which was unseasoned but cooked correctly and I also had mashed potatoes that tasted only like rosemary without any other seasoning and wasn’t buttery or soft. A shame. My wife had a fancy version of chicken Alfredo. Very little Alfredo sauce on her pasta and chicken was fried in some kind of egg batter and tasted eggy and wet. Not good. I’m pretty easy to please and when I tried her meal I was shocked by how disappointing it all was for how much it costed.

Will not recommend.

Parking: Lots of spots on the street but during busier hours it may be a little difficult.

My family has always enjoyed the food and atmosphere at this restaurant. We have always had good experiences with the food and services. Our recent time there was no different except for a small complaint I shared with the waitress who was wonderful. The background music was too loud. When you wear hearing aids it can be difficult to participate in the conversations around the table. The waitress tried to have the music turn down some but the powers that be didn’t so it was a struggle.
That was my only complaint and I hope this wouldn’t be an issue next time.

Food was delicious. Prices for serving size was reasonable. We shared steamed muscles , house salad, and the sea scallops and shrimp. Service was wonderful. Highly recommend and will return when we go back through Cartersville.
