Previously I had given them 1 star due to employees LACK of giving any cares of having a customer waiting for service. BUT, I always give a place a 2nd chance to see if anything changes. Well, it did and we were pleased with the woman who helped us with our drink order and most importantly our food. She was nice and seemed to care that we were taken care of during our visit.

I liked stopping by there for a late lunch i got a cheeseburger with onion rings and a mudslide.The onion rings were off the hook.The mudslide was very delicious. My waitress was very nice.I would give her name, but I'll give you her initials S M

Service with our waitress was awesome, she was a fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and she’s super funny and friendly. The fried pickles were so salty that they were borderline inedible, but outside of that the atmosphere was super quiet and super nice.

If you try to order from door dash or uber from this place don’t because I try to call and see if they made my order and someone kept hanging up the phone

There was a couple people there that was so exceptionally nice and helped me out when ubereats never delivered my food the manager Logan instantly apologized and got on the phone with Uber eats to try to solve the problem and when he wasn't able to solve the problem he personally called me back and got my food ready again poor fella and it was ready within minutes I get there to Applebee's in Cartersville and Mandi she was the sweetest ever and kept apologizing everything was perfect that's what I call Great customer service thank you guys

The best bartender I've ever had, she makes you feel like your family. I came to drink one drink but after meeting her I ended up getting like 5 drinks and didn't even realize how much time had past. She is what you concerned a professional bartender. Her name is kwana G
