Besides the typical Friday night crowd, everything was on point. The waitress Amy was very attentive and professional. She made sure our experience was nothing short of amazing.

We never even got our food. This is the worst place I've been to in a long time. The manager is going to run you out of business. If you need a new manager please feel free to reply. I'm a food safety manager. It seemed like a decent place with no managerial skills

If I could I would rate this Applebees a 0! We ordered a Quesadilla Burger. See photo attached! When biting into burger felt a strange texture. A piece of wax paper was in the sandwich! Disgusting!! This was delivered by Grubhub, delivery was fine. I will NEVER order or eat at this restaurant in Cartersville. The health dept should be alerted of these unsafe unsanitary practices. Grubhub gave me a refund, it is not their fault. Was very kind of them to take the responsibility.

If I could give a 0 I would. Everyone around us was upset and I didn't know why until we sat here for 30 minutes waiting on food. Found out only 2 people working in the kitchen. My opinion those details should be shared upfront. The bartender in the red shirt absolutely socks takes 10 minutes just to pour a beer from the tap because she is running her mouth. $76.00 later I get served my cold food which I just pack up and take home so I can heat it up and gave a hot meal. Haven't been here in 10 years and won't be back for another 10 years.

My wife, daughter, and I waited for an hour and 20 minutes for our food to be brought out. There were multiple tables that were seated after us, which finished and left before our food was served. The manager brought our food out, and my daughter was missing honey mustard. The manager went to get the mustard but never returned, we and to ask another waitress ( who was not our waitress) to bring us honey mustard. After we finished, the manager still never returned, and our bill had $20.00 discount. This will be our last trip to this location, I will gladly pay full price for good service and strong management.
