Was open and would not come to the intercoms I am a manager at a fast food chain very unprofessional

Occasionally I stop in here for lunch. Today I ordered a turkey bacon ranch wrap combo. The wrap itself was very tough almost stale like. And about half way through my meal I felt I took a bite of plastic. That is exactly what it was. Made into my wrap and luckily I didn’t eat it. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed with staff immediately.

This location is kinda hit and miss. Go in one day and the service is excellent, food is good, and your order is correct. Go in on another day and the service is slow, the orders are wrong.

The people are sweet, but if my family wants Arby's we are sure to drive the extra distance to a different location if we want to get the right order and have the meat thin like it should be.

How does a food business not have a soap dispenser in the bathroom? It’s disgusting that this place has employees using the bathroom and then handle your food without washing their hands because there is no soap. Not empty soap, there is literally not a soap dispenser. Wish I would have known before I ate.

I ordered a chicken club wrap combo and received a buffalo chicken wrap. They fixed it, but the club wrap had very little chicken. A lot of fried batter, but barely any chicken.

Imagine ordering 30$ worth of food driving all the way home , and missing items. Instead of refunding me the manager on shift named Tiffany, wants to say “I don’t really care I’m packed, I remember bagging it, I’m not replacing 30$ of food” if you’re the manager there how come you don’t care? How come you knew you missed some items but still didn’t care? That’s crazy. When we called back to get her name she let someone else answer the phone, and his response was “why are you even driving that far to come to this arbys , isn’t there one closer to you?” and y’all wonder why y’all don’t get business the employees running the customers off.
