Normally the food here is really good, it’s normally my go to Arby’s in town but today there was something off with the roast beef. It was like drenching wet. I’ve never got it from here and it be like that. Not to mention, after I finished my food I realized there was a hair in my au juice . That’s disgusting.

Came in after placing an order on the app. The app kept having issues, processed my payment and charged my card, yet the order never came through to the store. Ran it 6 times and it charged me each time. Spoke with the manager and he wouldn’t honor the coupons on the app. Arby’s needs to do a better job with their app being able to be used in the store as well as on the app.

Slow as all get out. Will only take one order at a time. Then once that order is ready, then they will take another. Drive thru wraps around the building. People frequently drive off. My pick up order was 15 minutes later than what the pick up time was expected and I am still waiting in it as I write this.

I stopped in the drive through so not sure of the inside of this establishment I have ut 4 stars on the food because the fires were only half full and I specifically asked for 3 pepper sauce at the window and didn't get it. I got horsey sauce instead. So just double check your bags.

We have gone to this location twice in the last two weeks. Each time, the staff are so kind and friendly. They seem very appreciative of your business, which is rare these days. The lobby was clean and stocked. The food is great. The drive thru was fast and efficient. Our orders have been correct and served by pleasant employees. Whoever manages this location has found a great team!
