This spot was run like clockwork. Fast, fresh and almost felt like a full service restaurant the staff was so attentive and genuine. Quick stop on roadtrip. Call out to the manager and staff!
Love their roast beef and Gyro sandwiches plus potato cakes and cherry turnover. Ordering is easy, they have been good on customer service and it's quick to come out. There's only been a handful of times I needed to wait but mainly for fresh potato cakes or turnovers.
Came in after placing an order on the app. The app kept having issues, processed my payment and charged my card, yet the order never came through to the store. Ran it 6 times and it charged me each time. Spoke with the manager and he wouldn’t honor the coupons on the app. Arby’s needs to do a better job with their app being able to be used in the store as well as on the app.
