Came in after placing an order on the app. The app kept having issues, processed my payment and charged my card, yet the order never came through to the store. Ran it 6 times and it charged me each time. Spoke with the manager and he wouldn’t honor the coupons on the app. Arby’s needs to do a better job with their app being able to be used in the store as well as on the app.
The lady taking orders was friendly and polite, food came out pretty fast. I stopped in the drive through so not sure of the inside of this establishment I have ut 4 stars on the food because the fires were only half full and I specifically asked for 3 pepper sauce at the window and didn't get it. I got horsey sauce instead. So just double check your bags.
