We placed order of cake for my kids birthday party and they didn’t have ready and they don’t want to do anything to fix it so I went to Bruster’s they have great customer service and made me cake for my kids birthday party with in 2 hour

Don’t know if this particular Baskin Robbins is run by someone who hates corporate, but I’ve been able to mix two different ice cream flavors in my milkshakes from every other Baskin Robbins for several years now and this location denied my flavor mixing order stating they don’t mix flavors. Half the joy of going to Baskin Robbins to me is trying fun, random flavors; if I want a basic bih vanilla or chocolate milkshake, I’d go to CFA.

The weekend night crew needs more staff, service is slow due to short staffing, could be a great spot .

They don’t sell ice cream on Friday night bc they have to “deep clean the freezer.” Also, they don’t let people in the lobby either? Very bizarre for a Friday night in a small town. Definitely don’t recommend going here, as the staff are rude. Many better spots for a sweet and you won’t be treated like garbage.

Great service! I had to call in to make a last minute request due to change of plans and they were very accommodating! Made my son’s birthday a blast! And he absolutely loved his cake! Thank you!
