I order for my husband and kids, I usually go to the one on main St they are always nice say Good morning & thank you .
These guys here are so rude!!
They seem mad at you for waiting 20 mins in that long line.. I’ll go out of my way next time to go to the other location

This location is a drive thru only but no signs let the customer know .. so we parked and tried to go in but there was no way in !!!

I have been to at least 25 different Bojangles. I have to say I have never had a one star experience until now. More like zero star. The fish sandwich was literally too hard to eat. The fries and Bo rounds cold, the biscuit was like a rock. Absolutely disgusting. Go to the one downtown.

I ORDERED A 12 PIECE WITH SIDES. I ALSO ORDERED SIX BOBERRY BISCUITS. I ASKED FOR MY CHICKEN TO BE LEGS AND THIGHS ONLY AND WAS TOLD THAT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM. WHAT I GOT WAS A BOX OF BREAST AND WINGS THAT WERE INEDIBLE, I GOT NO BISCUITS. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY BOBERRY BISCUITS, AND THE MACARONI AND CHEESE JUST GOT THROWN AWAY BECAUSE IT WAS SO BAD. I HAVE CALLED CORPORATE TWICE AND I'VE CALLED THE STORE NUMEROUS TIMES NOBODY WILL BOTHER TO CALL ME BACK. I DON'T NORMALLY LEAVE REVIEWS BUT WHEN I SPEND NEARLY $60 IN FOOD I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR.

Great service and atmosphere but the food has definitely turned me off from visiting like I used to. I have not a clue what Bojangles has done with the quality of the food but it's definitely off.

10 cars in front of me at the drive-thru, just got to the screen to order. Current time in line: 35 minutes. It got to the point where I've been here so long I wasn't about to give up LOL but I will never be back

Well here in Cartersville we have 2 locations for which both are equally as horrible, after today I will go to neither.
I like to give a restaurant 3 chances as I know sometimes you just have a bad day. Well today is their last chance.
All 3 times my order is wrong, something missing predominantly.
I do not notice until I get home, but today I checked before I pulled off and sure enough my gravy was missing, I flagged the person in the window she opened and snottly ask what do you want, I responded with I need my gravy please, she responded, its in your box mam, I said no it isn't, she proceeds to argue about a tablespoon of gravy, finally she said to me if it will shut you up I will get you a freaking gravy.
I get home open my box of 8 piece its all legs, (I ordered mix) and my 4 biscuits where smashed.
I absolutely hate this because I love Bojangles chicken. I am not usually one to leave a negative comment but when I came to the the review page I seen im not the only disappointed customer.
I hope cooperate actually looks at these reviews and will act on them.
We in Cartersville need your help... BOTH Cartersville locations are complete garbage.

Asked for a five piece home style tenders combo and asked they was fresh she lied and said yes these tenders, biscuit and fries was so dry I could use them to cut down a tree then when I tried to call the store no one answered I called 5

I always like Bojangles food, but I will say that today I was so disappointed! I stopped by and got the chicken sandwich combo and it was just awful. The bread was so hard you couldn't bite it and the chicken patty was hard and dry and rubbery. I tried taking the chicken out of the bun because I was hungry and you had to gnaw it because you couldn't get your teeth through the meat it was so hard. I won't order another one.

I had chicken nugget they were over cooked (yellowish color under the batter) & they were hard like they were in wormer to long they should not be able to give people food like that but it was a delivery it's like they didn't care they also don't give all the food you order either this has happened several times if corporate can not stay on top of complaints they need to close the store or get better management there has been so many same complaints about that store

My sister in law and I went here this morning on the way to work. We ordered 3 gravy biscuits, 2 fries and drinks. They left her dies out and we weren't given any utensils. My sis in law told them her fries were missing so the worker got her to hand her back her bag of food that was already in our car and she did once they gave the bag back I asked for some utensils and straws the worker got loud with me and said "THEY ARE IN THE BAG" They clearly were not and I told her they weren't. She asked that I give her my bag of food back. I told her no bc that is a violation... you are NEVER suppose to take food back through the window once it is given to customers... she then calls me RUDE!! For asking for utensils and straws and closes the window on me!! At this point I am bewildered!! Once she comes back to the window I tell her off and ask to speak to her manager she tells me here are utensils I ask AGAIN to speak to the manager and she tells me "They right here" I said for the third time "Let me speak to your manager.. tell your manger to come to the window" the manager poked his head around her and said "These are the only utensils we have" i respond with "ok well that's fine I only asked for some utensils bc none was given at all.. idk if it's a fork or spork. I only needed shivering so I'm able to eat my gravy biscuits but your employee is extremely rude" NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT THIS! The worker and the manager were BOTH very rude! We will not be returning! I wish I had it on video so I could post it and let EVERYONE see how rude they were!
