I ordered the 8 piece meal with 2 sides. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and when I finally got to window they told me they didn't have any chicken after I already payed, and asked me to wait another 10 minutes for my food. When I finally received my food and I got home come to find out they only gave me 6 pieces of chicken that wasn't even fresh, and left out 1 of my sides, and my mash potatoes already had gravy in it. I have never received it like that. Its always the potatoes with a side of gravy. I have tried to call the restaurant half the day to complain, but no one ever answers.

It’s quick! Quick ain’t always good. Check your food. I was deff disappointed this morning. Had a craving for sausage gravy biscuits. The store in Calhoun has both plain gravy and a gravy mixed with sausage. This morning I got the sister of the two and they won’t pay me to do the work.
Please fire the big Mexican girl that works the window or have her in the back where she doesn’t have to interact with customers. Absolutely rude and provides terrible service.

Everytime I go to this location it’s always something they either give me the wrong food or they charge my card for someone else’s order but wanna give me cash back instead of refunding to my card I’ll never go to this location again it’s pathetic when I had a $4 order yaw wanna charge my card 30 something dollars my stuff really should have been free but yaw really need to get it together

Please check your amounts!! I ordered the #1 with a coffee, which is $7.39. My total was $9.51. When I got to the window I asked why was my price so high, the cashier said "Well, if you don't say what size, we give you a large." So, they tried to charge me extra without telling me. If I had a huge order, I would have missed it. It was corrected, but just watch out for this. Very shady...

The biscuits were burnt they had them cut just the top of them they didn't even have the biscuits cut through the middle Go around for soaked in grease I will never ever go back to that one again I spent 30 bucks for two steak biscuit gravies two chicken biscuits two large bowl rounds I will never go there again and then you waited forever in the line to get up there and see a staff member standing outside the back door smoking it was raining so he didn't want to stand outside so it just stood in the door frame smoking Bojangles need to take that franchise on grassdale back they're running their name

We waited in line forever, which is ok because i know it's always like that in the morning, but for us to get our food, it was brunt and nasty. I couldn't even eat. I was truly disappointed.

The bo rounds are the only thing keeping this place going. The tea constantly has grounds in it, the egg is like rubber, the biscuits are dry. The service is so rude, always blank stares, eye rolls, and complete disrespect. This is not the bo time I was looking for.
