Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Fast and friendly service. The ice cream and waffle cone bowl were all delicious and you can tell all of it is fresh made. Will definitely return as the weather warms up

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. Paid over $7 for a medium (three scoops) of ice cream and didn’t even get one full scoop of ice cream.

Was ignored for 15 mins at the window, and the workers helped someone that JUST walked up instead of helping me first. Hire better workers.

Emilee vas very rude. She also loaded my ice cream with fudge. There was more fudge than ice cream. When she gave me the ice cream it was already soup. She at one point refused to serve us bc she did not like who I was with. Very unprofessional from her part.

Okay sometimes... recently taste more like yogurt ice-cream.

Ice cream was great, as always. Service was good. There was a long line but short wait.

The Cartersville location is horrible. They never have the non-dairy flavors, their staff seems like they are more worried about getting your order out ASAP so they can go back to standing around, they never ask for your phone number for rewards, and I asked for a free kids cone as the brusters in Dalton offers and the attendant gave me a cake cone with nothing in it. My family and I frequent the Dalton location and they set a very high bar. This one gives a bad name to your franchise. Please do not waste your money here. I visited there on 7/14 at 9 pm.

Fresh, made daily, friendly service. Right in the Target plaza, off Main St. behind Applebee's.
We can bring our Dog and get a Pup Cup, unlike the places Downtown. That's a definite Plus for us! (Choice of Whipped Cream or Vanilla ice cream for the pup cup).

Waited to get an order for 10 minutes and they just looked at me and did not help what so ever. Did not see a sign anywhere to go through a drive-thru

09/13/24 (8:30PM): Do not waste your money on the "Warm" Apple Dumplings for $9.00. This was far from warm as the apples were frozen. I went up to get confused looks. I was told that they must have not warmed it up enough. They remade it to receive a warm crust and ice cold apples still. ??‍♂️
