Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Okay sometimes... recently taste more like yogurt ice-cream.

Ice cream was great, as always. Service was good. There was a long line but short wait.

The Cartersville location is horrible. They never have the non-dairy flavors, their staff seems like they are more worried about getting your order out ASAP so they can go back to standing around, they never ask for your phone number for rewards, and I asked for a free kids cone as the brusters in Dalton offers and the attendant gave me a cake cone with nothing in it. My family and I frequent the Dalton location and they set a very high bar. This one gives a bad name to your franchise. Please do not waste your money here. I visited there on 7/14 at 9 pm.

Fresh, made daily, friendly service. Right in the Target plaza, off Main St. behind Applebee's.
We can bring our Dog and get a Pup Cup, unlike the places Downtown. That's a definite Plus for us! (Choice of Whipped Cream or Vanilla ice cream for the pup cup).

The best 🍌 split!! They have every kind of ice cream imaginable.

Waited to get an order for 10 minutes and they just looked at me and did not help what so ever. Did not see a sign anywhere to go through a drive-thru

wow - mars is awesome and so is the rest of the crew. really pulled through on a birthday cake, and was so sweet

09/13/24 (8:30PM): Do not waste your money on the "Warm" Apple Dumplings for $9.00. This was far from warm as the apples were frozen. I went up to get confused looks. I was told that they must have not warmed it up enough. They remade it to receive a warm crust and ice cold apples still. ??‍♂️

We ordered a scoop of ice cream from the drive-thru window when we paid for it it was $8 and it was one scoop in a cup. We were in a hurry so we didn't even question it until afterwards we realized we got ripped off from this place! It was a kid's size it should have been under $5 and for what we got this was a joke. Way overpriced!! So mad about something that was supposed to be a fun experience

I’d give it 0 if I could. Not sure if there’s new management but it SUCKS now. My daughter got New York cheese cake it was vanilla ice cream with strawberries on top. I told them there was no cheesecake they said there isn’t suppose to be. I said so what makes it strawberry cheese cake. They said the strawberries on top. False advertisement and not worth $10 or even close. So disappointed.

Ordered 2 kids cups"1 scoop", and 2 smalls "2 scoops" my wife's small came out in the same size cup as my kids, while mine came out in a significantly larger cup. It only looked like 1 scoop I said something to the girl working and she tried to convince me it was 2 scoops pushed down, then told me the scoops are different sizes, then she told me she didn't know she didn't make it.

Pictures is my sons kids cup with a few bites gone "1 scoop" my wife's " 2 scoops on the right" and my 2 scoops towering over hers. It doesn't make much sense.
