I usually use the Brusters in Kennesaw, Marietta, and powder Springs. But I just moved to Cartersville so I decided to try the Brusters here. I always get the cotton candy explosion. It has been one of my biggest pregnancy cravings so I was really excited to get it but this is definitely not cotton candy explosion. It was a huge letdown and it honestly didn’t even taste good at all. I was not able to finish it. Cotton candy explosion is supposed to be a cotton candy ice cream, which is usually pink or blue or a mix of the two with red and blue pop rocks in it. they gave me vanilla ice cream with pop rocks in it. I don’t know why they are calling this cotton candy. After they handed it to me, I asked if this was cotton candy ice cream and they said yes. After I tasted it, I can definitely guarantee that it is just regular vanilla. It also has a very grainy texture. I am definitely not going to go to this Brusters again which really sucks because I love Brusters but the whole reason why I love Brusters so much is because of the cotton candy explosion. I also asked for a cone so that it would be easier for me to eat while driving and they asked if they can just put it in a cup. Of course I said yes because I didn’t want to be rude.

Excellent service on a Saturday afternoon with a bustling outside full of families. Went through the drive-thru in quick fashion. The ladies were very nice and excited to see my dogs in the back of the car. Offered pup cups without hesitation. The ice cream was tasty and the waffle cones were of good quality.

I always order the same thing, 2 scoops in a waffle cup and the entire cup is full. Today the scoops were so small, maybe half of the cup is full. This is not good service for the price paid. FILL UP THE CUP!

We just moved to Cartersville a week ago and were thrilled to find that there is a Bruster’s in town. We have been long time Bruster’s customers for many years and enjoy having our Bruster’s ice cream each week. The Cartersville location did not disappoint on our first visit on Tuesday! We were greeted immediately by Jamie, who was extremely personable and helpful - outstanding customer service! She answered our many questions, quickly and efficiently packed our “to-go” quarts with our favorite flavors and made one of the best chocolate malts we ever had! Jamie made us feel right at home in our new hometown. We will definitely be “regulars” at our Cartersville Bruster’s!

We love going to Bruster's. Kaleah is very nice and she even remembers our orders every time we visit.

Ice cream was great but the little entitled girls begging for tips is sad. Or should I say that the card machine was asking for a tip as she put it.

The staff here are so unprofessional. I was in the drive-through and decided to walk up to the window and set outside on a bench. I got up to the window to be told the walk-up was closed due to them being understaffed. There was no sign, and how is that a thing, but whatever! What good is it going to say anything.I tell you what's even worse than that. All the signage they have at the walk-up isn't in the drive-through, so you better decide on your first lap around.

Absolutely horrible the blast I ordered was melted and running. The flavor tasted off. 1st and last time going there.

Service was great and our ice cream looked great. Unfortunately it was insanely expensive, even for “inflation times.” The ice cream itself was way too sweet and lacked flavor.

Expensive like everything elseFamily of 5 40$ plus

Fun place to go hang out & enjoy some icecream! My dogs love the pup cups, too!

Service was great, but the key lime pie ice cream was horrible. We ate at the one in Douglasville and it was our favorite and tasted like real ice cream . This tasted like gross lime sherbet fluff.

The ice cream was good but the scoop was much smaller & was only sitting on top of my cone. No ice cream in the cone like it used to be.
