Wow. Burger Kings back in Charleston, SC are absolutely terrible, so I like to stop when I’m out of town and usually they’re not great but still better than back home. However, this location is EXCEPTIONAL! Clean dining room, food was good and fresh, and the service was fantastic. I really wish they were all still like this premium example of a franchise.

Melissa at the drive thru was really helpful and great. She was so nice and answered every question I had with such a sweet tone best customer service I've ever gotten from any burger king. She deserves an award.

The service was terrible. We got ignored when we went inside. We ordered sprite and they gave us carbonated water and a water. My pregnant daughter almost threw up all her food because of the mf drink. And on top of that we paid 27$ and they literally gave us nothing almost. They have no team work and couldn’t even tell what order was up next. I have worked all my life in restaurants and I have never in my life seen no such thing as team work. Do don’t recommend going here at all.

No one showed up to this managers shift and she unlocked the doors and let me come in and order my food, she could’ve turned me down but she definitely made my day with the positive attitude and dedication to her job. 10/10 this lady (couldn’t catch her name) did a great job!
