Pulled in off 75 on my way back to Chicago and was greeted nicely, the restaurant was clean, and they made my Whopper with Cheese perfectly. I was impressed with how friendly these ladies were. Keep it up!

I ordered the family meal for my family. When I bit into my chicken sandwich something cut my mouth as I proceed to pull it out of my mouth it’s a piece of plastic! My mouth is bleeding and I about choked on it! It’s not even safe eating out any more! 60 dollars on food and it about kills me!

Came by on a Whopper Wednesday so I got the impossible Whopper and it was very good. I ordered on the mobile app and so when I pulled up tell them it was a mobile app. They pull the window. And just did a minute or two. I had my hot and fresh impossible Burger. I'm not supposed to eat meat so therefore this was a good choice for me. Thank you very much for having this alternative

Food quality is a corporate issue. At any rate, burger tasted dry and I couldn't tell if it was a beef or impossible patties. Nothing is the same anymore.

1,000 stars for service!! My family and I were driving through Georgia on our way back to Michigan on a holiday weekend, and I left my wallet in the rest room (which was super clean btw!). Not only did the team keep it in a safe place, but the manager ROBIN went above and beyond to express mail it to me. Even making sure to send with tracking and follow up with me it was received. WOW! We’ve always loved BK breakfasts for our road trips, but this location and team is amazing!
