When I walked in noone was at the counter to take my order. I ordered and waited for the next two people after I ordered to get thire food and finally got myn after 28 minutes of waiting. Needs better management bad!!

Lady that took my order in a maroon shirt was very pushy, didn’t listen to my order at all and got it completely wrong. Staff is rude and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction this is a Burger King where you can’t get it your way!

My food was hot & fresh. My complicated order (lots of add ons/changes lol) was made perfectly. The service was great, everyone seemed to be in a good mood and friendly. Much better service here compared to the last (different) Burger King location I went to.

Just went through there on my break for class they messed up my order and when I brought it to there attention they wanted me to double pay for it to be fixed this place is ridiculous I would recommend going to subway instead

Lisa is extremely friendly! Never been greeted when walking into a BK before. This location is very clean and there were paper crowns on each table. Thanks for making this a very positive experience!
Ordered a double whopper with cheese and told them I wanted lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese only of course I drive all the way home 15 minutes away get ready to eat my burger and it has mayonnaise all over it. Told them 3 times no mayo and it’s still on there. These people can’t even get one simple request right.

The lady at the window that talks fast does an excellent job and shows great mental clarity in high stress situations. She is always kind and mindful. I hope the company finds a way to recognize her for the effort she gives to keep returning costumers.

Went there 2 days ago ordered my usual. 2 rodeo cheese burgers and a original chicken wrap. Got done with the wrap and my stomach started feeling funny. Thought It was nothing. Started eating the rest and the hamburgers were old and nasty. That night I got sick as hell after eating there. Definitely will never be back
