I was in the lobby eating lunch when a group of 3 African American women came in and started yelling and cursing at one of the employees in the front who was so sweet and held good conversation with us when we first walked in. The situation got very loud and out of control, and it completely ruined our meal. I ended up having to take my food to the car because it was so upsetting and chaotic. It was honestly very disappointing and made me feel unsafe bringing my child there. I understand the staff can’t always control who comes in, but I hope management takes steps to ensure the restaurant stays a safe and family-friendly place to dine in the future so families can enjoy their meals in peace.

When I walked in noone was at the counter to take my order. I ordered and waited for the next two people after I ordered to get thire food and finally got myn after 28 minutes of waiting. Needs better management bad!!

Lady that took my order in a maroon shirt was very pushy, didn’t listen to my order at all and got it completely wrong. Staff is rude and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction this is a Burger King where you can’t get it your way!

My food was hot & fresh. My complicated order (lots of add ons/changes lol) was made perfectly. The service was great, everyone seemed to be in a good mood and friendly. Much better service here compared to the last (different) Burger King location I went to.

Just went through there on my break for class they messed up my order and when I brought it to there attention they wanted me to double pay for it to be fixed this place is ridiculous I would recommend going to subway instead
