Every single time I order from this restaurant they leave something out of my meal! Every single time

They are right in town near where we shop. Food is average but it's fast food seafood. The staff interaction is solely at the ordering counter because you handle your own drinks, refills and cleaning up the table. Quick fish and chips before you head into the grocery store, perfect option.

Ordered $5.99 meal the fish, crab cake and subbed green beans. The cashier had no idea what I was talking about. Instead of her walking around counter to look at picture on wall she had me take the picture to show her. The lady had drive through had something negative to say about every customer that placed an order. Customers were inside the lobby. Food came out lukewarm and some was cold. Eating cold fish… yuck! The tables were dirty, trash on floor. Too many other places to spend hard earned money. Not here!!!

This restaurant needs a good cleaning!!! the tables are all dirty and there was no one dining in...I stopped in to eat and went inside and every table and booth was dirty. The floors included. The food was amazing. But everything else is need of cleaning IMMEDIATELY!

A gentleman came in looking for a job and was told they waiting in a new GM, well I'm hoping the new GM is coming to make some changes. It's been a lonnnng time since I've sat and worked at a Captain Ds but this one took the cake for unsat. Sorry but not sorry.

Please fix your drive thru lights. Can’t see to order after dark and ALWAYS a long wait time for the food.

What I noticed was that just about every Captain D's I've gone to, staff are friendly. You could also tell by their voices that they want your business.I know that working in the fast food industry is stressful. This particular location, food, service & atmosphere was great. Two thumbs up!
P.S. This Cartersville location, right by the drive thru window, there's a big pothole, needs to be fixed ASAP.
