i had a doordash order and my chicken soup didn’t have and chicken in it. i was very upset but there’s nothing i can really do. i just really wanted a good bowl of soup. guess chikfila just ain’t as good as it used to be😢.

they are starting to be like McDonald’s where they forget everything. I’ve been two times in the last three days and they keep forgetting my fries and my sauce very disappointing and very unprofessional. They need to do something.

I used to love CFA but after getting charged 20¢ to take the lettuce OFF my sandwich and only noticing the charges now, I'll probably be ordering less often. I'm guessing it's a change standard order charge? Not too long ago, they would subtract 20¢ for no lettuce.
Update: I contacted support for their app and mentioned the charge. Wayne said the actual charge indicated a 20¢ credit so I thought I would update this review.

what are these large fries…… genuinely this has been happening at lot at night but this one was the worst one. not impressed. bread torn and wrong cheese. just used to it at the point when ordering food at night.
update: 11/22 something is wrong with this chick fil a at night. went thru the drive thru and left with confidence because its chick fil a. came home to the these.
