Chicken Salad Chick

I eat here a lot for lunch. They rarely mess up my order but today I went through the drive through and got no crackers with my scoop of chicken salad and no pickle.

By far the worst experience I’ve encountered at a CSC. Waited 30 minutes after ordering to be told they did not have their original flavor. This is the 2nd encounter similar to this we have experienced here.

It's not your plain old boring chicken salad here. This place has a variety of flavorful picks from classic to spicy, savory, and sweet. It is definitely a refreshing change from the overwhelming fast food chain choices. The cookies are an awesome treat. The atmosphere is down home, charming, and personally cozy. Must try this spot out.

Does this place not take cash? Love the food, but willprobally never go again, not that I really think they care. Just disappointed they treat people this way. After waiting in line for a good while, make it to the counter place my order and they refused to take cash.

My boys and I got lunch today and had the most wonderful experience thanks to one, exceptional employee. Rob greeted my boys with high fives , fist bumps, and an amazing smile. Every time he passed them he made sure to give them one, and talk to them. He was constantly working hard and doing so with excellence and a smile. My boys were amazed by his vacuum so he kept doing it near them so they could watch. He even brought them extra cookies! Because of Rob, I actually got to eat my lunch (a rarity for a mom of toddlers in a restaurant) because “the cool man” as my boys called him, kept doing things to bring them joy. I usually avoid eating out at lunch with them because it can be crowded, but thanks to Rob, we have a new go to place!
Thank you Rob for going above and beyond today! You set a wonderful example for my boys of hard work and going above and beyond for the joy of others.
