Always clean and the employees are all super friendly and helpful. It is pricey and the portions are small, but that's more of a corporate issue.

Pretty great place all around. Close to a trading card store. Go get a sammich and then play/buy some MTG.

Order ahead is never ready on time. Servings are very small.

Stopped for lunch today and waited in line and ordered to bo told we can't take a $100 bill.

Very nice, polite and welcoming staff and extremely clean. The staff looked like they lived working there.

Love Chicken Salad Chick! The biggest problem is they do not prepare appropriately and are out of a lot of flavors hours before closing. Wish they did a better job making sure all flavors were available. Service is always top notch and food always tastes great when you can actually get the flavors you want.

The past two times I have order online from this establishment the order was not ready at the time I was told to pick and waited ten extra minutes the first time and last night I waited a total of almost thirty minutes 20 + minutes the second because they apparently don’t make it until you arrive I guess and anyone in front of you plus every car in the drive thru ahead of your arrival and the worker yelling through the window that you are “ in house “ and make sure someone tells the people in the back the first employee that asked if I had been helped did not let them know I was “in house “

Downloaded the mobile app and noticed that I hadn’t received the birthday reward (my fault because I signed up after the first of the month so not on them) and when I reached out to the support team they immediately sent the reward to my account not even 10 minutes later. Great service from the support team!

Slowest drive through ever !! Not a good spot for a quick lunch

We were there last week, and even though the food was good, it was our server that made the experience. Her name was Kerry, and she was the sweetest, most helpful server we could ask for! We’ve never been there before, and she was so knowledgeable about the menu and answered all our questions. Plus she did it all with a smile. We will be coming back just because of how well she treated us.

Ordered on DoorDash, when I received my order it looked very thrown together, and when I went to take a cracker and put chicken salad on the cracker there was a hair in the middle of the scoop.

Momma and I made a late decision to eat at Chicken Salad Chick and they were about to close when we got there. We found out that they were out of several sections but had a wonderful meal. The employees were very pleasant. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. Recommend.
