Downloaded the mobile app and noticed that I hadn’t received the birthday reward (my fault because I signed up after the first of the month so not on them) and when I reached out to the support team they immediately sent the reward to my account not even 10 minutes later. Great service from the support team!

Slowest drive through ever !! Not a good spot for a quick lunch

We were there last week, and even though the food was good, it was our server that made the experience. Her name was Kerry, and she was the sweetest, most helpful server we could ask for! We’ve never been there before, and she was so knowledgeable about the menu and answered all our questions. Plus she did it all with a smile. We will be coming back just because of how well she treated us.

Ordered on DoorDash, when I received my order it looked very thrown together, and when I went to take a cracker and put chicken salad on the cracker there was a hair in the middle of the scoop.

Momma and I made a late decision to eat at Chicken Salad Chick and they were about to close when we got there. We found out that they were out of several sections but had a wonderful meal. The employees were very pleasant. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. Recommend.

The slowest Chicken Salad Chik in the south. I've been in three times. The wait for my food keeps getting longer. It's chicken salad. I shouldn't be waiting half an hour for the employees to scoop it on a plate.

Bought a pound of fruity fran chicken salad and bowls of soup at drive through

I had bread at home

Made the sandwiches and while eating it all of us found ground up pieces of tendon, gristle etc
Too much $ to pay for someone to hap hazzardly grind up uneatable parts of a chicken and then watch us all spit out into a napkin

Plus the clerk didn’t put spoons in the to go bag so I had to walk back to the house from the picnic table to get

No attention to detail in most cases today!!!

I heard great things when this place first opened but never tried it since I'm the only chicken salad lover in the house. Last night, I chose to order so I could try it & ordered from another place to feed the rest of the house. I just placed another order for lunch since everyone tried mine last night and loved it. They turned my entire house into chicken salad lovers. 😁
