Unethical placement of kiosk games that do not tell you that they charge for them. When asked about it we were told that it's clear that you are charged. Before leaving I took another kiosk and started a game, there was nothing to make me aware that there was a charge. I personally don't touch these things anymore because of reasons like this, but it still surprises me to this day that places keep doing it and know that small children will try to play with them.

Food was cold. Took 15 minutes just to get it remade. No offer to discount or remove. Acted like it was my fault. Others food was subpar too. Not made correctly. First and last visit here. Too many other options to be this bad.

The food was good. Steak cooked right, loaded mashed potatoes were a bit bland, and the broccoli was tiny but seasoned well. The Nashville mozzarella bites are amazing! Service was prompt even though it was a busy Saturday evening 👍. The atmosphere was loud. My husband and I were sat right in the middle of several families. I do mean LOUD. It was hard to hear each other and definitely detracted from our evening.

Whoever the manager was on 1/3/25 around 1pm is a jerk. Leaves the side door open so it freezes out the customers. & overheard the table behind us not get their military discount because “they already got a deal on the 3 for 3” hope he enjoys his deal on freedom in America. 🙄 Other than that, food was good & our server was great.

My waiter was supposed to ring up the lunch special where you get the chips and drink with the meal. Instead he run everything up separate. When asked if you could fix it he said it will be a double charge and one would be reimbursed in 5 to 10 business days so in total just a little lunch meal that we shared me and my fiance would it cost us almost $60. Which I didn't have at the time to spend so I wound up having to eat a $38 bill versus a 28 dollar bill. And I was pretty much told if I didn't have the cash to cover it to pay for the second one I was just screwed. So I definitely recommend checking your bills completely before you pay it because the young kids working here are incompetent.
So, I was sat in a section where the server wasn't even in the building. After 15 minutes and 2 attempts to get the Mgr, he was in the dining room talking to a coworker and would turn his head when he saw me trying to get his attention. The server finally showed up as I was leaving and explaining she was stuck in traffic. When I was leaving and walked up to the Mgr in the dining room, he reluctantly had to step away from his lady coworker and listen to me, he had no concern. He laughed as he walked away.and went back to the woman he was talking to all this time. This was Friday evening about 5ish on 10.18.24. The place was really busy and the Mgr was there but he wasn't. Always loved chili's but not anymore.

My husband,my mother and my self went to chili's for dinner today. I had a hamburger,my mom and husband had a small steak our bill was $103.00 , they charged for chips and salsa 7.00 the steak dinner's were supposed to be 23.99 a piece and my hamburger was 14.99. Never again
