Our waitress must have been having a bad day. our food came out cold. My husband and I both had to ask twice about our side dishes we ordered. Then when I asked for an Ice Tea refill she poured the tea on the table and all over my hand and didn't say a word. She mentioned when she came back with my husband's side dish she would take off the uns since we had to wait for our sides. This is one of the better Cracker Barrel stores I have eaten at. Service was great and we received our food quickly.
We love Cracker Barrel and the food never disappoints but we had a bad experience at the Cartersville Georgia store the other day. No wait - seated right away - but sat for 20 + minutes before our waitress took our drink or food order. She passed us several times and picked up dirty dishes off one table and brought other items to tables around us.
