One of the Employees said they wanted to quit. there was no convenient seating to wait. They seemed understaffed. i did not see any manager. lack of training. especially in the Host department. The chiken was burnt to much pepper. meat loaf was good but tiny portion.

Have been here several times. Service is always a little bit slow. However, the last time I visited this establishment, we got seated at 7:45 and didn't get our food till 9:00. It was 9:30 before we all left. We were a group of eight. However, I don't feel that a group of eight is very big. I'm sure we will be back because this is in our neighborhood, but I certainly won't have that the same waitress. Even if I have to ask her for someone else.

This is one of the better Cracker Barrel stores I have eaten at. Service was great and we received our food quickly.

Momma and I visited the Cartersville location for a late dinner. Momma ordered the Trout with a baked potato and baked apples. I ordered the Campfire Beef, I think I have the name correct. Out waitress, Emma, was awesome and very friendly. It appeared that Emma's orders were not coming out of the kitchen as quickly as other waitress within the area that we were seated in.... which is a disappointment. We waited a long time for our meals. Momma said his fish was warm and I noticed her potato was barely warm enough to melt the butter, finally. Mommas apples were hot and delicious! Some much some, we ordered a to-go order of them. Emma said it would be cheaper to get a 4 piece vegetable plate of nothing but the apples that it would be for us to get three orders of the apples. So, we brought home four helping of them. They are amazing!!!! My meal was wrapped in almunim foil and was very hot! She and I enjoyed our food, once we got it. The reason for the four stars for the food is because of the temperature of momma meal. The three stars for the service is Only Addressed to the kitchen staff, Not Our Waitress, Emma! Again, she was awesome!

We stop by the Cartersville CB for breakfast with our group of 10.We we're all greeted and seated rather quickly. The hostess was wonderful, all the food was spot on. We always like going to this particular CB because it close to our kids as we live further south in Cobb county. Thank you Cracker Barrel for always being a great family restaurant.

We always enjoy our meals at Cracker Barrel. Have eaten there many times over the years and have never had a bad meal.

Food has really declined in quality. Service was not great, drinks needed to be refilled and waitress never came back to the table.
But the food is worse than the service. Biscuits were hard, overdone. Other food items were greasy and not as good as it used to be.
