Service was very slow, although it appeared a new server was being trained. It took longer than usual to get my food (not busy at the time), and food was only warm. I was done with my meal before being offered a refill on my drink. This was not what I usually experience at Cracker Barrels.

We were first seated in the back room close to a very large table of students - a team of some kind. They were having a great time, but were very loud. My husband has an ear issue and has a problem with that type situation. We requested to move and were accommodated easily.Our waitress was very personable and attentive.

Haven't had cracker barrel in years and I am thoroughly disappointed. The pancakes are flat not fluffy and they are basically drenched in butter so much so that when trying to cut into it, it secreetes butter.. the eggs where also drenched in butter. To the cooks less is more. The whole meal was basically inedible, I took 3 bites and had to stop, it just felt like I was eating butter. My order was a curbside pickup, signed in and no one came to deliver to order to the mobile pick up, I had to go inside, the man at thw front was very helpful in retrieving my order.

I am a fan of IHOP over cracker barrel. I got tired of cracker barrel telling me that they couldn't make things when they have all the products to make them like omelets and side salads and there chicken is way too salty. It's like drinking a salt shaker.IHOP has biscuits that far are better than cracker barrel and bigger as well as their omelets

Our waitress Aubri (I think I spelled that correctly) was amazing. It's hard to find associates that go above and beyond with customers in the restaurant industry. She was very friendly, listened to our order, everything came out correct, and apologized for the backup on getting food out. Restaurant was really busy Sunday.
I had the worst experience there. The waitress was so slow and didn’t get our order at all. I highly recommend Not going there unless you wanna be there for an hour plus… The restaurant is super nasty and they don’t clean up the bathrooms so I’d rather go to a gas station!

Delicious food! Everything was fresh and hot. What I didn't like was the wait time. Its the fault of everyone who loves the place on a Sunday afternoon following church service lol. The old time feel is wonderful. And though a little pricey the retro convenience store is adorable. Minus one star because there is no room to move without knocking something or someone over
