Welcome to Cartersville! Awesome new selection to the neighborhood. Just stopped in for lunch - very good. I actually never had Culver before. Today was my first time. I think I’ll come back with the Kids and see if they like it as much as I did!
I ordered a bacon basket for $15 for my husband, which seemed pricey at first, but LaLa's remarkable customer service made it a worthwhile experience. I will definitely return, as the service was excellent. Although Cartersville's customer service has declined over the years, Culvers has set a new standard. Thank you, LaLa, for your outstanding service.
Food was all around good, however the drive through customer service was pretty disappointing for the price ($16 for 1 meal). While I understand they are new and stressed, the workers came across as a bit rude and annoyed I was there. This was pretty clear from girl who brought my food out to me. She didnt say a word to me and after I politely said thank you I only got a dismissive grunt as a response as she turned away. She also did not take the order number sticky note off of...
