HIGHLY DISGUSTED ??? I come here frequently & this is the first time I’ve had a pizza made by ADAM! There were MULTIPLE BROWN HAIR strands in THREE pieces of my pizza </3
I threw away two slices last night in hopes that NONE of my other pizzas would have hair in it… should’ve thrown the box away but what a waste of money… today on lunch I got another slice with hair embedded into the pizza. I’m so sad :( This isn’t my first negative encounter with this specific location, I've let everything else slide BUT THIS. Super disappointed ☹️

Ordered for a 27-37 minute delivery window. Get an app notification that order was delivered an hour later. Went outside, no pizza. Driver shows up 20 minutes later with the wrong order. She immediately catches an attitude and says “it ain’t my fault, it’s busy” and gets back into her car. I asked when it’s going to be redelivered and she states she doesn’t know, she has to call her manager. Then speeds off. I call the store and a girl answered the phone. Try to explain the situation and she catches an attitude saying “we busy, it’ll be another hour.” At this point I asked for a manager and she yells “can someone come to the damn phone, this dude doesn’t want to hear what I am saying”. Most disrespectful staff. Corporate should be ashamed.

Update: 2 hours later and still do not have my order.

Absolutely terrible!!!! I ordered over an hour ago and it took 50 minutes to deliver when it left the store! That’s insane! I called twice! And said my pizza is going to be cold and all they said was “he’s on his way” yes because it takes 50 min to go down the street. Lmfao!! My food was absolutely cold and I have kids. This is an embarrassment of an establishment and of the management. This store needs a clean house! The District manager needs to be inside that store more often and/or the GM needs to focus on their crew better. This is pitiful. I should have been offered anything to help fix this incompetence, however no such thing was offered. I WANT a refund and I will never be taking my business here ever again unless there’s new management and a clean house. Do not eat here! This is by far the worst dominos I have ever eaten from. The pizza wasn’t even cut right. SMH…

This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong here, so I’m leaving a negative review. Based on past experiences with this location (extremely rude staff, came up with fake excuses like claiming my gate code was wrong when I triple checked and it definitely wasn’t, taking 2 hours to get a cold af remake to me, etc.) there’s no point in even trying to fix the mistake with them this time. If you’re considering ordering from here I would re-think it and go somewhere else. Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, Gondolier, or even the Dominos across town would be a better pick than this location.

Ordered take out last night and received only half of a pizza. There was literally only three slices in the box. Called and was on hold for 45 minutes until they closed. Called today and they refused to refund and basically accused me of lying. Will be filing a chargeback with my bank because this is unacceptable and ridiculous.

I ordered a bbq chicken pizza and it pretty much taste like a cheese pizza. Hardly, if any bbq sauce. The salad they delivered to me should have been thrown away. Brown lettuce. The quality of the overall order was very poor. They also need to do update the tracker system. I asked for my food to be left at my door and was tracking it through the app. It was marked delivered in the app however I had to stand and wait at the door another 5min.

When my husband and I pulled up the lobby was locked at 10:00 pm and the stores hours are 1030 to 11 and the other employee insisted on locking the doors..He did not ask us what we wanted when we pulled up to the drive thru and he had gotten smart with us and said it was up to us on what we wanted and was already cashing out the registrar and did not say how can I help you or anything as an employee or manager would usually do. THE employee helping him had to do all the work while he was being significantly RUDE and then grabbed the cash drawer and said whatever and walked off and left his employee with the cash registrar and had to help the employee to figure out what to do with the situation, bc she was left confused after he said whatever and walked off!! THIS PLACE IS SO PITIFUL!! ABOVE ALL THE LOBBY IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED ALL AROUND UNTIL THE CLOSING TIME!!

My boyfriend literally ordered one pizza and the quality check for making sure it was hot and ready was 30 minutes ago yet they did not leave until just now to deliver the pizza.

Employees can use bit more hygiene practice. They handle cash and then go straight to pizza prep without washing hands
