the store and employees are awesome they never disappoint however i have placed multiply orders since they have started the buy a pizza get a free emergency pizza for a later time and I have yet to receive mine. I have tried to call corporate, email them everything with no response or my free pizza not happy with this promotion. Could have used it a number of times. So with that being said thanks for not holding up your end of bargin Domino's

Ordered delivery. Worst pizza I ever ordered. Not edible. Thin crust was baked to cardboard, toppings were small and cheese was barely there. Lost my money on this one.

Ordered extra cheese, onion, and pepperoni. They gave us a couple onion, a few pepperoni, and no extra cheese. Got a medium for over $20.00 bucks and we had to come home and put it in the oven because it was gooey.

Took hour and half. Kept getting notifications it would be there in 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes after that. Came cold. Never again
The last 3-4 times we used dominos they went to the wrong address l, I called and talked with the manager who seemed not to really care that this has happened so many times back to back. Just wanted to get me off the phone. Each time the pizza was cold due to address being about 10-15 minutes from my home.

My grandson has sensory issues with food so he only eats a few items & they have to be “the same”. We order so frequently because the pizzas are always consistent. Sometimes I can’t get out and get only one medium pizza delivered. Always with a smile. They are amazing & they really help my little man eat the food he loves. I just want to shout out to this whole team because they’re all awesome in my opinion. Ty for all your hard work & keeping the pickiest eater on the planet VERY happy!!!

They put me on hold instead of picking up the phone when I called to cancel my order because the delivery time frame had reached 1hr and 45 minutes and I still had not gotten my order. I called back from my work phone and asked for a refund. I had to physically go into the store after waiting multiple days for my refund to show. I’ll just make pizza at home from now on.
